it has very good quality sound and high quality headphone comes with packege,but it's very expensive in 1.3 mp camara range, sasung shuld decrease it's price

No flash and only QCIF video !
A few years ago nearly all Samsung phones had flash and CIF video. Samsung should made better phones, not worse. Design isn't everything...

Samsung design is great and built quality is so much better than Nokia. But features are terrible, no customized SMS ringtones, no full screen browsing from memory card, etc etc...If Nokia and Samsung worked together they would make the perfect phone.

to jim: all companies have their own flaws when making certain phones rather... all phones have a specific flaw... but to say the least that samsung's repeated flaw is a slow processor and interface and a bulky design is ridiculous...i ono if u've notice but if u've looked at samsung's ultra slim series of phones and also their general selection of designing phones they're not all or as "bulky and slow" as u unknowingly put it.. as for the sony ericson comment i ono if u notice but they're a relatively new company and has yet to establish themselves as a genuine mobile manufacturer compared to the top 3 companies (1. nokia 2.samsung 3. moto)...and on top of that most of their phones are made in china and a good example of "how great their quality" as u would believe is the s500i... cracked keys and a buggy firmware is somethin i dont think se could win over samsung or nokia or even motorola for that matter.

This phone look good but the features it offer is really bad.
@Ultra edition i think that samsung cannot beat SonyE. And samsung cant even dream of beating Nokia even if they produce bulky or slow phones [Thats a FACT]

This phone has nothing to do with N81 or any Nokia Symbian phone. Another category, not a smartphone. This is a mid seg music phone, fashionable color options.

Samsung phones are under-rated. In my honest opinion they ARE more stylish and fashionable than anything Nokia currently has on offer.
Nokia phones all seem to suffer from the same problem - extremely slow software. Really retarded response when trying to open any application. Dare I say Samsung is lightning faster, more reliable and stable.
Nokias' position as market leader will not last long. People are realizing that there ARE other alternatives(Sony Ericsson, Samsung,Motorola) to the 'boring bland brand'.

Do you guys actually know about Samsung Company.? Everyone knows Nokia is Mobile phone company. however samsung is different with that.! Samsung making lots of others as well. and over 50% of their products they have No.1 Technology in the world. such as Micro chip (D-RAM) and LCD also they do supply Mobile phone CPU to HTC and etc. company. Do you guys know ? that over 30% of Apple Iphone's inside parts are from Samsung.! Moreover, why would samsung copy FAT.-! Bulky Design from Nokia.? Samsung's Design Concept being Slim Factor and it is differnt with Nokia Design Concept.! and for the future 4G(WiBro) technology was Developed from Samsung and all the mobile phone in the future need to use samsung 4G(WiBro) chip. from all of these Samsung being totally Different company as Nokia who just making out side of phone.(inside of phone parts are fully supplied by third party)!

i personally dont think samsung has to worry about anything... when it comes to mobile phones samsung has innovation and logics to design an exceptional phone...u may think nokia tops samsung in software and friendly ui support but if u take a trip to korea im sure the phones that u see in your country actually do not compare to what samsung has built in their homeland.

its a good looking cellphone..i like it,but the problem is that its battery is lame..its soo weak and it doesnt last 4 too long..otherwise its a very cool phone...i love it and im so happy that i hav it

Samsung nowdays are very worried about the success about the Nokia mobiles over there success as they are copying every Nokia mobile nowdays as they can"t match Nokia with the software an functions on there mobiles this looks like the N81 so Samsung thought they could compete with Nokia but they have know chance of all beating Nokia

It all depend on price ,if it is of $130 so it is Good.
And it is very much similar to E250.
And is it 64 or 40 channel?
If it is 64 so it is not a bad cell phone.

yes..it looks like a copy.but i dont think that samsung wants to copy it from nokia.because samsung has good designs for mobile phones.anyway if nokia wants to keep their position further more, they will have to copy all the samsung slim designs.

samsung offers phones with style than the options so if we are buying samsung then we are paying for none other than the style ... style coasts money ... if i need good options in my phone i will probably go for nokia ... but i must say nokia is also releasing so many stylish phones lately but they dont coast much cuz of the style but becuz of the options ... i think nokia is better in everything ... thats why nokia is the no. 1 best selling phone model around the world ... nokia rules ...
and everyone this is not a copy of a nokia n 81 i dont think its design is copied from any other phone model if so why is its screen is too small ? ...
samsung should have done a better job with this mobile im not saying its bad its pretty looking ... by the way as i know samsung mobiles got the worst battery life of all the cell phone models i wonder when they will consider on releasing a better battery life phone ...
