i saw this video on youtube abt the samsung f300 fone. so misleading. it showed that we can view the main menu on the big screen with ALL the functions. sigh

you can NOT view the main menu on the large screen. there is a secondary menu on this screen which incorporates the music player, camera, album (for photos & video), fm radio, and voice recorder.

dear jizzy - you can view text messages on the large screen. Go to the Menu > select texts > my messages (02) > Inbox (01) > Options > Switch Screens (02).

you cannot read texts on the big screen no matter what you do...one side is a phone and one is a mp3 + video player. It is really bad and annoying when the newness wares off so aviod this phone

singapore selling now in shops for $698.00 , really a cool handy phone ! unfortunately , the main screen is for music player ... overall , stylish & ... just good to hold it !

kwmengle - The 2nd battery charges only when the phone is sat in the wallet, which the second battery is built in to. It charges via USB or using the charger supplied.

craig cpw393 - You can read text messages on the large screen, you need to use the Switch Screen function.

i have the phone and you cant read txts on the big screen, the battery life is really poor and there is no calculator and the only thing you can change is your ringtone

I had a go on a demo phone in the Orange shop and it seemed ok. I think that the small screen might be a bit annoying after a while. You can read texts on the big screen though and you can also view pics there etc.

I am going to get one I think. I like the originality and hope it works well for me!
