The touch buttons seem annoying, but i still want this phone, and if i buy this phone with a warranty im covered as well as being able to trade it in. I'm considering the U900, but only this one because the other is too expensive. These comments have made me have second thoughts, but they have pointed me in the right direction. I suppose to anyone, its a buy (with a warranty), try, then either turn it in or keep is really the way to go. Thanks to everyone this has really helped.

i HAD this phone, i used it for a week and it was good then it stopped responding to things. seriously dont buy this phone buy the nokia 6500 slide its a good phone.

I've had this phone for about 6 months now. The look is very sleek and it has some nice features. One thing I really appreciated is when you are programing the phone for messaging, pic messaging etc, it already has presets for most major phone carriers. I'm not clueless, but I'm not master about these things either. Still trying to get the web to work, but that's my fault, not the phone's.
I love the music player. You can organize you songs by various methods and make playlists etc. I pair it with the motorola bluetooth headphones and I can listen to my tunes and answer my calls anywhere.
I nitpick about the slight details of any phone. One bad thing about this phone is that you cannot assign a specific message tone to each phonebook listing. It's one noise for everyone. I personally like to hear if I'm getting a message from Bobby or Suzie.
You get used to the touch controls. They're not bad at all. However, if you ever have to call an automated phone system, you have to unlock the keypad during the call to punch numbers to navigate your call. Then when you put the phone back to your ear, you run a high risk of disconnecting the call with your face and the touch sensor buttons. This can be REALLY frustrating when you've been waiting 15 minutes already.

the touch buttons arent as annoying as people say... you do get used to it and i think overall the phone is decent cause it comes with a headphone jack and the design is nice...
there is 1 slight problem though - when you're talking to someone the touch pad locks so you'll have to unlock then disconnect the call ... i guess its reasonable because u dont want to slightly touch the pad and disconnect your call
i give it a 7.5 out of 10

I bought this phone and although the camera isnt that great and stuff, its a really comfortable, afforable and nice looking phone, anyone who is thinking of buying this you dont need to think further, its everything you want and better :)

I am not used to some buttons being touch-sensitive and some buttons being the normal type, (depression types). Being said, it can be difficult to use at first, as one will have to get use to the sensitivity of the touch-sensitive buttons. Also, there is the pressing the buttons by mistake far too easily. I always press the end-call button by mistake, as it is located too near the screen.
Also, the play-list function is crap. It is not easy to create a playlist. SE phones and even Nokia Music Express series are better.
Believe me, I anticipated this phone, and after I got it, used it for 4 days, I sold it away.
Even the SE J120 without many functions at all is a better phone with just it's radio for entertainment on the go.

Hi, I bought my F330 a month and a half ago and I regret buying it. As many opinions, the right key can't be changed, and always going online. It lock by itself and the touchscreen isn't friendly. Poor in themes. I love my MOTO!!!!!

i have this phone now, so far so good but when i have 150+ msgs in my inbox, things are getting slow...also sometimes im unable to receive messages from my friends, i have to restart my phone to receive them, anyone knows how to fix this?

I bought this phone two days ago and this is the weakest phone i have ever purchased. After i got it the first day, on the 4key navigation key set, the lower button didnt respond when i touched it. I went to the shop to get a new, which they exchanged. After i got the new one, the phones display went out. The screen just turned black. The touch key buttons are annoying for people like me who need fast response. Today, I finally had enough and the phone shop people agreed to let me changed me to another model(U600) Im an all SAMSUNG person, but i dont recommend this phone.!
