The phone can play Java if you get the Java files into the folder for the games.

when my phone rings the ringtone is soft for like the first second and then it suddenly gets louder to the volume its actually set at...is anyone else having this problem?

well, i really love this phone for it has a music recognition.. guys you gotta have this phone.unlike nokia phones it is more fashionable phone..

this phone seems pretty cool but some people say the function sucks so i was wondering:

Hi, the samsung phones are so nice, but i don´t like the software, it´s so boring, just view the menu on the video.

Are the arrow keys heat sensored? but if it is its still hard to use the arrow keys because they dont respond when i touch it...is it just my phone or is it to evryone? and by the way i just bought my fone today

this phone does not have flash, it says here it does but it does not, pls fix that problem asap. its really a disappointment how samsung phones cant match competition's multimedia abilities but they are stylish tho, not a long-term phone i suggest, it cant even play java games which is pretty sad assuming that phones coming out in 08 like this will come with everything

Ok just to answer some of the questions:

I'm sorry to say but I dont think it supports java games. It doesn't have games on its own, quite a disappointment. My friend sent me a flash game though, it works. As for themes, i've tried receiving lots of themes from my friends who are using sony ericsson but the phone does not support the file type. There is also no option to install the theme. As for the music player, its alright, but i have issues with the sound. i would have thought that it being a music phone, the sound would be louder, but the max is still much softer than sony ericsson walkman phones (even normal SE phones are louder). So i would say if you want to get a music phone, go for sony ericsson, not this. But if you want a cool design, then by all means go ahead.

Do you know if this phone is available in the UK yet?? Really like it but don't want to wait months before getting one, no other phones on the market I like at moment apart from the Nokia 6500 slide but not sure if I will take the plunge on that one! Pelase advise

hi all.just bought one yesterday...n tried it out this morning.the phone n features look good.however, i have a problem with the naviagation buttons.i think there's something wrong with the sensitivity of the buttons.had a hard time scrolling thru menus.dunno if this is standard or did i get a faulty phone.will be dropping by the service ctr for rectification.anyone else has the same problems?

has anyone had any problems with picture messaging when sending and recieving.mines says failed and define network settings. I am with tmobile in north america.
