i dont know why the samsung people manufacture this type useless fone, which didnt even work like low cost mobile

I purchased my cell phone F400 from Ebay and it came from Hongkong and shipped to me with a F480 box and do not have a booklet how to use it. How do I get the instructions? Thank you

It is good and for audio my opinion is through ear phone (which is included with this phone) It is very good and Very loud in comparision of others phone. but without ear phone through speaker sound is not more. other wise It is very nice and good mobile........
