When you speak to them (again), tell them you have already spoken to someone at o2 who has confirmed it is in stock and avaiable but you had to call back. Honestly, these people are so thick, if they didn't work in a call centre, it would be McDonalds selling Big Mac's.

when i asked for the tocco he said o2 dont stock it. and when called again and ask for the f480, the woman said its due out first week of june

I sent my samsung soul back for these reasons. I'm due an upgrade with vodafone now but unfort'ly im going to have to wait another 4 weeks on voda playing catch up with all their tests they need to do before releasing it.

Can someone who's getting it in the next few days post a review of what they think of it.
I would be quite eager to find out about the ring tone volume is it loud ? and the voice clarity and sound when talking to someone as this was what let the Samsung U900 Soul down for me ..

Finally some good news. Just spoke to O2 and the guy i spoke to said the handset wasn't due to be released until later today (complete rubbish), so I had to tell him that it released by o2 last night. He then checked another screen and confirmed its availability. Handset has been ordered at no extra cost on a 12 month upgrade!!!

The network sales assistants don’t know what they are doing or saying, that’s why people are being told different things.
02 don’t even have their phone on their website yet, yet some have stated they have purchased the phone on 02’s network.
Organge have put the F480 on their website however.

I don’t for a second doubt that you’ve ordered the phone on T Mobile's network. What I’m saying is that network sales advisors are spewing inaccurate information- right left and centre. It seems they’re making up the availability of phones as they go along. Lol.
I actually went to Carphone warehouse yesterday and had a quick play with the phone. What can I say? Its beautiful!

just called O2 asking if they have the TOCCO in stock, and the man told me they dont stock it. so i called again and someone told me they dont have till beginning of June.
why are some people getting told its not in stock, and some are getting theirs

To Christina, it depends what time you ordered as to whether you recieved an e-mail or not, o2 are usually there till about 8. i recieved an e-mail to say it was dispatched next day delivery this morning, however be aware that o2's carrier DHL dont work Saturdays - so i should recieve mine on Monday. and to Newbie, i can't remember such a bizarre launch, o2 need to get their facts right. As far as i was aware the F480 came onto the order system the evening of the 29th, and i got it on a free upgrade, 12mth £35 deal. (which btw doesnt match the online shop price - handset should be £49.99)It seems they are letting some ppl upgrade, and some not. Seems an o2 training issue to me - just keep trying!

trust me, tmobile do have these phones. mine will be arriving today. Carphone warehouse are stocking it on 02 and orange..
I stuck with flex as its the best value for money plan. £30 - £180 allowance.. free weekend calls.
