I'm not that glad about this phone.
There is a problem whit the screen.
Before I had the f-490 and after 3-4weeks i had taches in my screen. And it became greater every day. So i sold this phone and bought the f-480 after a few weeks the same problem came. And Samsung says that's no WARANTY.

hi there! i'm thinking of getting this phone. just wondering if this phone comes with a pen that we can use to navigate around on the screen instead of using our thumbs as it leaves fingerprints.

I've read the responses re. how to change the alarm tones. Only thing is I'm trying to use my favourite MP3 song as my alarm and I've saved this as a ringtone in the sounds section but when I try to access this in the alarm menu it doesn't show up. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

acutually,this phone is the worst ever
i bought it last week and today i wanna get rid of it
it is not true that the camera is 5 mega pixel because its pics are really very bad
i haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate samsung

4 of my other friends have this tocco phone, one of them is on orange network and none of them either have had a problem with drop calls!

im from south africa iv just got this phone and wow its great i must say.
im pretty fussy when it comes to mobility and tho i work on the road all the time and no wifi support on this phone, was a bit of a let down BUT the functionality of this mobile is just gr8!!! my attentions are with drawn from the wifi and are more so on the features wat a gr8 camera quality superb if settings are right the HSDPA speed is freaking awesome. as for the looks well im sure you will agree it is sexy.. all in all its a gr8 phone highly recomend it as for no wifi guys rather invest in a laptop after all it is just a phone.

DONT BUY THIS PHONE. I am onto my second handset (from orange) It just keeps dropping calls. You make a call 3 or 4 seconds later you're left talking to yourself. Spoke to Orange - they know its a problem and obviously blame samsung . Just waiting to hear if they will let me swap. Shame really because its a really good phone for pics, internet, texting etc. But it is meant to be a device for speaking to people and its a PHONE that i need!!

hello people thought id mention this as no one else has done, i know alot of people are having alot of problems with the camera taking goods pics but when you view them back on the phone screen there really blurry. Right thing to do is dont have your screen size set to 2560x1920 that makes them really blurry set it to 640x480. trust me it makes a massive diffrence.
