Besides, it's pretty impressive that they fitted all that onto such a small phone and be double-sided at the same time.

@Kevin. The Aerial is most likely to pick up TV signals.
I love the design, plus the 400mb cap. built in. Very impressive Samsung.
My only gripe is that the dimensions (Length x width) make the handset seem over-sided. But I guess the equipment has to go somewhere considering its overall thickness.

like the phone and the new design... but it needs a better camera, especially autofocus and flash. I never see autofocus and flash on a Samsung except the 3.2mp ones. Does anybody have any idea what the antenna's for?

Mmmm..wow...u can scroll up and down on the kaypad.....Awesome design..incredible...just my viewpoint to Samsung~~/./.i hope the speaker and features is useful..but this phone is actually easy to break (probably)~~

A very interesting concept. The Samsung F300 and F500 seem to be designed as double sided, an iPod-esque look on the front, and normal mobile phone on the back. How Samsung could do this I don't know, but they've obviously found a way. I like the way the phone folds and sits on your table, but it might be a pain having two sides to your phone. How do I know there's a slot for the SIM on the side, but will the battery be removable?
As for the Antenna, Samsung might be experimenting even more with Mobile TV, as they did with their P900. The Nokia N92 has an internal antenna for it's DVB-H signals so I don't know if Samsung could be using the same technology.
DivX technology will certainly be a breakthrough, but it's pretty much an expansion of the MP4 format.
I'll keep an eye on both of these phones, they do look promising.
