Massively over hyped at the time. Preferred my Sony Ericsson W800i. It was enough to put me off Samsung. Now I have the Samsung Galaxy S2 and it's incredible!

You can improve the sound quality and loudness, by putting the phone in test mode and changing a few parameters. Java games or apps need jad files, not only jar files. You also can change the lock/unlock behavior.
