heyya is this phone rely good?? cuz i am thinking about getting it for my birthday... :) and is the picture quality very good cause thats the only reason i want this phone cuz it has 5 megapixel camera..

hey i also got this phone and the only way to view pictures in wide screen is to have you pictures saved to phone and then you press the bottom right hand corner button and it should go full screen

Like text messaging, cannot add words as after a week the word deletes itself, and to send a message it asks you multiple questions before you can actually send it. Camera is shocking too. All in all this phone has now put me off Samsungs. Looks good though......

Hi,
just swapped to a samsung g600 from an old nokia. On my old phone, if someone sent you a sms with a phone number in it, the number would be underlined and you could either call the number direct from the sms, or save the number to contacts. This doesn't appear to be the case with the samsung? Am I being dim (it has been known) or is this a standard feature?

I had the same problem and I emailed the Samsung UK Service Center and even they couldn't help me, but I am pretty sure that I fixed it. When you get a picture message it probably gives you a summary of it before you tell the phone to "Retrieve" the photo or video. I came to the conclusion that this retrieval process is what was shrinking the images. So what you have to do now is go to Menu >Settings >Message Settings >Multimedia Messages >Receiving options
And under the heading "Home Network" Move the option beneath to "Auto Download" instead of Manual. Otherwise it may be the person who is sending you the messages. test it by sending one to yourself. Good Luck.

Battery life is good. almost 5-6 days. It´s a good phone, not a excelent phone. Beautifull design. High quality of constrution.
