Yes, you can customize message tone or other alert tone on that matter plus the design, whoooh! it is just very nice phone. F**ck the twin sister SE and Nokia, most specially SE.

this is a smart phone without an O.S. Who cares about WM or Symbian. The most thing I wanted on this phone is the dual mode bluetooth feature wherein I can send something to other devices while listen to music on a bluetooth stereo headphone. No other devices offers this kind of feature.

I have jst revieved mine. On O2.

It is a fantastic little phone, will take me a while to get the settings sorted out but on initial impressions the phone feels very nice, is light thin and has a fantastic display.

Love it!

i love this phone , i got mine on a 12 month contract with o2 500 mins & 500 texts , wonder if anyone can help me i bluetoothed a theme to my phone but can,t seem to set it as my theme HELP . violet

This phone is a touch of class!!!

It looks smooth and the setup is pure quality.

It is a poor show that you can't adjust the message tone, but it is not the end of the world.

All in all would kick it out of bed for eating crackers!!!

02 does have 12 months tarrifs

it has 12,18 and 24.

As for message tones , Im sure you cant set your own one and have to use the built in ones :(

Hey, can anyone tell me if the texting has fixed itself.

-I got one of the old samsung "traditional" flip phones. I just want to know if i can add more than 6 words to the dictionary on predictive, without it being overwritten.

-Also if i start up the text with the left arrow on the D pad, will it auto start as predictive (or can you set it) As my current phone, i need to set it up ALL the time. Its soo annoying!!

-How quick is the camera? I tried the U600 and the D900i, both have bad shutter lag. :(

-Finally! Is the phone light? I'm not sure how heavy a 105g phone would be like. But preferable light for my pocket, and thin :)

recieved my g600 can someone tell me i have the clock coming up twice how do i set it to just once , how do i get the different messages tones up ? .

weird that cos im on o2 and my middle button goes to the menu, the left gowes to contacts and the right button goes on internet.

the middle button is for the net i am on o2 and there is a button for the menu, but thats it the left, it is a good phone spent hrs trying things so i know it well

on my o2 g600 the middle button goes to the menu but on voda it goes to the internet.

Can you confirm what the Middle button on D pad is for

It says the internet!!!

But I hear on 02 it goes to Menu , which I would prefer but I hear on vodafone it goes to Internet

Havent had a samsung years. Last had D500 which was fab. Does this G600 have the option to make noises when you push the slide open? Also what is the menu like? Is it like U600, E900 etc? Dilema S.E. T650 or G600? Help me!!

Just got this phone, and yes it's good, had the U600 and this is loads better, the only thing and i don't understand it is, why cant you put a ringtone as a message, but great phone feels good, so i would say get it
