I totally agree.
I have a W800, I have had it for 2 years , the first it came out. It gets a bit boring THE SE but the battery life is sooooo good
But why stick with 02?

i surpose it depends what phone you have i fancied a change i have a sony ericisson k800 at the moment but i wanted something different , if i went for the k850i then it will be near enough the same as what i have now , plus i hate waiting around waiting for it to be released

Vodafone are going to call me today to sell me the phone.
I still cant work out why people like 02, surely Stop the clock is so much better plus its a better network. I have been with voda for 4 yrs now, service good best phones.
Im still not sure G600 or K850 !

i couldn,t believe it im due to upgrade , o2 have this phone on there website as avaible if you click on phones then pay monthly it comes up but i phoned o2 & they said that the phone is not due to come in untill sep 27th , so why do they have it avaiable on there website can,t belive that i have to wait another month before i can get this phone

its worth the wait its a bit heavy compared to my old phone but it takes good pictures and is easy to use just watch out everyone who has seen it wants to nick it from me ! - and the upgrade was free

G600 is already available. Go to www.Mobile-review.com to forum, and u will see a review from a user who has it. He said that the camera is better than N95.

Just checked carphone warehouse site, and from their description of the phone it would appear that it is definitely not 3g, does anybody know anything different ?

The controls on the u600 are horrible. I really dislike the trend for touch controls that Samsung have going on with the likes of e900, e840, u600 etc - I've found them to be awkwardly sensitive to the point of annoyance. In my opinion, touch controls are nothing but a gimmick. That's one of the reasons I'm glad this g600 doesn't have the touch sensitive controls. I much prefer buttons - I can actually tell what I'm doing!
I also like that it feels solid - the ultra series from Samsung may look nice, but they all feel like you could snap them without thinking about it. This phone still manages to look good, but it also feels solid and sturdy.
I also like that in the UK box you get a bluetooth headset and a 1GB microSD card. That's great for customers.
Over all, a good phone, and one of my favourite Samsungs for a while.

I have now seen the phone on display at a carphone warehouse. It is very nice but not nearly as nice and slimline as the u600.
It is a shame they couldnt have used the same sort of keypad and colours.
I am assuming it has a simlar display to the u600 which really is fantastic.
Does anyone know what the difference will be withe the 16 million coulours? Will this make a huge difference to the menu and photographs?
I have been told that it will be on 02 by the 4th of september when I will definatly be getting it.
