My G800 has got the camera cover broken (that little sliding thing wich is writen on-5.0 megapixels) and it doesnt take pics anymore...i ve tried to push the camera button...go trough the menu,go to camera settings but in vain...none of them did work...what do i do?

i have a G800,and that lil piece that slides up n down wich covers the camera wherewe can se 5.0mega pixels...well its broken,the camera lens are intact,but even though it stills saying "open camera"...i ve tried to go to camera setings or throug the menu..,it doesnt work...what do i do?

I've had my phone for about 14 months now. It was an exceptional instrument until recently when it recorded "No Service". At first I thought twas the service provider's fault, but only realised that the problem is with the instrument itself. I called Samsung Technologies and was advised to take it in because the network Card needs to be upgraded ... So be on the lookout. your network cards would need upgrading soon.

otherwise this is the best phone I've ever had in my life. Unlike other phones, its battery life is incredible. I still charge the phone once a week, even after 14 months of use? I don't care what anybody says, this is the best phone ever!!!

Can anyone help me.. i have just been given this phone and it seems good, its second hand and was on vodafone but now its got an ornage sim card in. but i cant seem to send mms txts or use the internet????? any ideas? it says service unavailable?? what do i do?

Best phone ever, it looks awesome too!
Only thing that could possibly make it perfect would be the addition of WLAN/Wi-Fi! that'd be awesome >

The best phone ever made by Samsung, has all the functions i need, has a excellent camera, that takes beautifull pictures even in the dark. Battery life excellent, charge it once every two weeks.I adore my phone and would not choose any other phone.

I only charge my G800 twice a week, and the battery lasts even when playing music, sending files through Bluetooth, and everything, I am texting 24/7 and the battery lasts. In terms of hours I can’t actually tell you sorry, hope this helps.

The phone speaker is not working,i can hardly hear anything when someone calls. How can i fix this?

when the phone is slide down the keypad won't work.. atfirst, few keys wont work.. but afterwards, the all of the upper keys wont work if it slide down.. what do u think abt the phone's problem? tnx

I'd give it 3 out of 5 when used as an MP3 player, but this is increased to 4 out of 5 when you use the headphones.

Have been more than content with this phone, the screen did however give problems after 6 months of having it but was fixed within 10 working days and havent had any problems since.
It is a little larger in size than i expected but i have found it to be exceptionally durable and therefore not half as sensitive as most petite phones i have had in the past.

Also,software issues due to slide function and screen errors.The phone had to go for repairs after 3 months!
