Not sure because I have my UI in dutch.
But go to the settings, phoneprofiles and select the profile you have on, select that to edit it. That gives you access to the ringtone and message tones.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on this baby today. I had to exchange my G600 because there were some things rattling after 3 days and after opening a few boxes we found out that it was prolly a bad batch so I got to take the G800 home instead. yay!
It certainly is nice. A little bulky, male looking... a little "return of the fridge" but nontheless nice. It feels sturdy and heavy. I would not go for this one if you are into slim ladyphones.
As far as I can see it has no radio and it is a tri-band instead of a quadband but if you don't travel and don't listen to the radio, you don't really need those except for the "oooh, shiny!" factor.
It is not really smudgeproof so be prepared to clean the shiny surface.
The camera is really nice and works faster than the G600 one! The mp3 player works seaasmlessly with a stereo bluetooth headset.
All in all it misses some of the cool slick features of the G600 like menu themes but my guess is that you can only cram a certain amount of technobling into a little box for a certain price.
If you want a slim, slick customizable phone go for the G600. If you want more quality in the camera and a powerfull mp3 player, and a more sturdy phone, pick this one.

nice concept, but flawed - 3x optical zoom is fine, but compared to a proper digi camera it's very jerky and moves in steps not like a nice smooth one

Someone on here told me 02 have the phone so as I was due my upgrade today I kept up with the progress of the phone's release by ringing them and oining them. As I am already with 02 I have this privilege - unlucky for them. I was told that they only have limited stock of the G800 at the moment and only existing customers who have requested they are text when stock is available are actually getting their hands on this phone - UNFAIR I KNOW. I think due to the limited stock issue the phone has not yet been released to the general public. I would suggested calling 02 - New or Existing customers - and see where the land lies in getting your hands on this phone. Hope this helps

SOFTBANK
=========
SOFTBANK is releasing the 920SC which is also a 5Mpx HSDPA handset that will be unlocked and GSM.
I think it looks quite trendy:

for you must know, this phone looks like beautiful but in reality, it is very ugly, thick and big. qvga only... not DVD quality for video unlike n95 - vga 30fps DVD quality..
this phone is ugly when it comes to style... samsung z710 is the best style phone i've ever had...
