Look,im not talking some trash,they have stolen the desing from LG KE970,the video from KU990 (QVGA QVS),software from Nokia,what want you more?LG has lincences for 120fps recording,why Samsung made it?Because they are fools,Samsung is always stealing things from LG,like LG KG800 is Samsung E900,LG KF600 is Samsung Soul,LG KE970 is U600,LG KU970 is U700,Viewty is F490,Samsung G400 is Motorola V8/9.They dont have THEIR ideas to make an phone.Long live LG and his innovations.

Im not talking trash,look,see the desing is close to LG KE970 (Shine),the camera 120fps (LG QVS) is STOLEN,LG has lincences for that,but LG made an VGA 120fps,im wondering why did not they made also an vga 120fps?The software is from Nokia,ONLY the optical zoom is his and NOTHING more,why?Because the Samsung is an stupid company,long live LG and his inovations,look Soul has stolen the interactive pad from LG KF600/KF510,why?

Man this phone is nice...it's what most people want...unless you live in N america because once again samsung refuses to make the phone quad band. Im sure they could get more sales if they just added that 850 band

This phone sux.
The desing is stolen from LG phones,120FPS HAS LG VIWETY and also has Samsung stolen,is here something on phone that they have not stolen?
All Samsung phones are stupid,i have it twice time,and NEVER in my life i will buy any Sasmung phone!!!

To everyone who talks trash about Samsung, Nokia, SE... etc.
I am a big Samsung fan, and have had samsung all my life.
But I do admit Nokia, and SE makes great phones! But I stay with Samsung because I love their design, and their features are good enough to keep me with them.
And yes, Nokia does have more attractive, and high end features than most of Samsung and SE phones, but I bet you all these companies envy each other in one way shape or form. And that is what they astrive for everytime they come out with a phone.
And what is the deal with you guys Comparing the N96, with the G810.
Compare it yourself, and get what you feel is fit for you, instead of cutting each other down, and saying which one is better!
So basically what I am trying to say is, everyone's tastes are different, so stop the smack talk, all companies are good! it all depends on what you are looking for in a phone.

the preferable designe of G810 is not compareable with N96 designe ! And Also
N96: Standard battery, Li-Ion 950 mAh
G810: Standard battery, Li-Ion 1200 mAh
And Also
G810 has 3x optical zoom, xenon flash,Camera face detection ,.....
where are these Features in N96 ??!!....
only for 16 Gb Memory??!! hey com one this is a surplus Features !

this phoen is looking real good except for one thing.,....
hows the battery life going to be, i dont see anything on battery, and samsung has like imo the greatest phones ever, if not for bad battery life(id still be using my old d606 instead of my 8gb n95)

S60 v3.0??? Isnt that a bit outdated or is it merely a typo, given that the N82 is running 3.1 presently and N78 expected in May will be running 3.2.
Also GPRS class 10, kinda slow for countries where only GPRS is available heh.

P.S. More memory would be handy, too. Even though your standard 2GB card would just suffice, because it is a 5MP camera, it uses a lot of memory for each pic so where are you going to keep your music or other files, etc. 130MB is not enough, really for everything that phone is capable of.

This looks like a nice phone. Even though there is a black square on the upper right corner, it seems there is no secondary camera cos it uses a data stream for 3G, not GSM.
Pity.
5MP camera sounds good with 3x optical, especially when I know of the quality of my girlfriends 1.3MP Samsung phone's camera (Z510), better pics on a monitor than my N70!
Wondering how many fps it records video. With Viewty at 120 and Nokia's (+ others that I can't remember)at 30, this would be a definite selling point for me.
As far as batteries go, the mAh is a bit misleading. It depends on how efficient the phone is as to how it performs, regardless of usage or idle. Phone companies usually want to keep it as low as possible because of weight and size issues.
Also, the human eye can only see 256K colours, 16M is just a selling hook. No disrespect to you.
Personally, out of the camera phones Ive seen, the N95s camera for video is exceptional so I will probably get the N96 for the extra memory. Sorry to disappoint any hardcore Samsung fans ;)

to smash SE not only in camera but sound as well.
- Screen, 256k could have been 16M with that 5MP camera, probably they want this phone not to use to much battery power.

No secondary camera? My country doesnt have a 3G networks so whatever.
For me? the only thing on this phone i dont like is the tri-band but besides that this phone rocks.

i love samsung phones big fann,but i don't kno y thay don't encorperate voice comands in thair handsets and i think its a cool feature,it makes phones seem more futureistic.

for your info...camera is samsung's weakest point. does G800 make a noise to be herald as one of the best camphone?! nope! samsung compensate their weakness with design. at first glance there's the "oohhs" and "aahhs". but once you've use it, you'll go "eewww"
