many websites say that a cd will come along with the device and we can install the GPS s/w garmin or whatever it may be.. but i didnt get any cd with my mobile.. if u can help me in setting up GPS it will be great.. thanks in advance

i have this phone for year now. this is great smartphone for that price. however, camera tray is bad built (i mean that tray is opening in my pocket), camera is on and it causing loosing battery...

TIPS>>faq4mobiles ;) google it, make sure u use google translate if u don't understand german ;) greeets

Hey guys..
Finally i got this mobile. So here's my short review.
The camera is really good, no problem with that at all but having said that the performance of the xenon flash is not as good as with others. Software wise it's symbian so it's very good with Samsung outfit.! audio quality over the headohones is really great, but the loud speaker is mono and is not that good you can hear some creaks. Display is typical samsung very good indoors but is not that good in day light.
and now here's the problem i faced soon after i got it.. i inserted a genuine Sandisk 2GB card (which came along with a samsung Star mobile!!!) and the battery dried up real fast.. in half day!!! when i removed it and inserted a Kingston 1GB card it's working fine.. now i'm trying to findout whether it was because of the card or whether the mobile cant take those 2gigs cards.

The camera is great just learn to use, GPS , fast wi-fi,lot of symbian features, video, music, good screen size, what else, 1 year whit the phone n a great one really ...

Oh and did I mention we can DO ALOT MORE things on G810 :D. Battery is like with all smartphones, theres no smartphones outhere that will last u more than 4 days on heavy usage!! Smartphones are Laptops, the more features it has, the more battery it will drain, the bigger the screen the more it will drain
