I like the way samsung creates its units, the way the design goes and its functionality as well as its user friendly system...what really disappoints me was when i bought my u700 last october 2007 after a month it was totally peeled or its skin peel off and now it looks like a celphone with no identity...I hope samsung will eventually come up with a solution that the paint of the phone will last...aside from that i love samsung...

I am seriously looking forward to this,,i love symbian since nokia 3650 but its been buggy in its third edition so lets see if samsung can have a decent attempt...
The uiq system in s/e fones is always a nightmare except for my p900i and fones using uiq since have made me rage with anger..
Hope they use a different screen to the g800 as its dsaying its not to good in sunlight but being in the same category it may be same,,and samsung screen ummm beautiful

This phone should not be compare to Nokia N95 since the N95 has been on market for a long time. IMO this phone should be compare to the upcoming N96.

Bratpaq, i have u700 and you can change your sms tone to whatever you want. Also they are the easiest of the lot to create an sms. I hate using Nokia's, and personally I am not a fan of Symbian. Though i have total faith in samsung so lets hope all goes well!

could be out early as March prob most likely April 08.
This is the best mobile phone to get this year as the features indicate but most of all it has build int gps receiver so as they say just add water(add ur own gps software)its fully free. Unlike nokia you have to pay for voice guidance etc. And the stupid debate about camera lets put it this way its going to be better than all the current best 2-3mpx phones even if its not the best 5mpx out there and thats good enough for me also the best 5mpx current phone is still not good enough for print quailty IMO. So this is perfect for email pics and webpages pics hosting. combined with symbian this is going to be awsome phone.

First thing than majority of Samsung phones have comparing with Nokia is quality of materials Samsung use and considering the price , this adds more points to buy Samsung. Second is quality of displays. All Nokia's have a way worse displays then any Samsung in its class. Design is personal thing and it is not recomendable to comment. Third is the price. In its classes , certaing phone models are chipest thanks to company's politics and nothing else. There is more but G810: Hardly wait to see it and buy it without testing. Total confidence in Samsung , my full support . (Currently using D900i the best non-symbian and non-windows mobile, 2G Phone EVER ).

n gage gaming wont work on this phone because the nokia phones which have been implimented for gaming contain a 3d graphics card inside the phone, something which samsung dont do.

It does look aesthetically pleasing but all that glitters is not gold. Will Samsung learn from Nokia's mistake with the original N95 and place a powerful battery in the device? Will Samsung implement enough RAM? What about the processor? These three factors are crucial for Samsung's success. Yes, Sam sung, Sam sings but if Sam wants to keep on singing they better build this phone properly otherwise their reputation will be seriously tarnished.

Umberto,
yes, you go on to msn to send email from your phone. becuase i checked the features which is same as Nokia N95. do you any Symbian OS format will have any king of softwares. look Umberto go on to search engines then you need find software of msn.sis or msn.sisx So these files are the Symbian format, type this on the search engines then you will find it. I got msn file on my Nokia N95. It will be working becuase G810 is Symbian smart phone then msn hopefully work.
