If this phone on 600 Mhz can run on froyo, why not 5801/5800, cmon samsung, we need an update.now that galaxy S has been updated to 2.2, its our turn..plz dont ignore us..i dont wanna root and void my warranty or lose IMEI number

For the record, this phone is going to be nowhere near that price! It's about 250 euros, which may even be sim-free. It's actually available on Amazon.de for preorder at this price ( http://www.amazon.de/dp/B0043M...ssuchmasc-21 ).
Still doesn't justify the rubbish specs though. I just want a decent qwerty slider on Android, is that too much to ask :(

GSMarena always makes mistakes with the pricing... because you look onto the pricing, then you go onto a website that sells the phone and the price is COMPLETELY different! For example, for a Samsung Captivate they say it cost 540 euro (AU$726) and then I go onto AT&T and they're selling it for AU$500 (without a contract, which is 353 euro). BOOM.

perfect design...but ugly screen resolution and camera..they should make it 320X480 and 5mp camera
