So no continous autofocus for recording video ?
It is then exactly the same as S Advance with smaller screen...bad.
GS2 will be my choice...even if more expensive.

The prices is 290 US dollars and made in CHINA. This is a very very good phone, receive & transmetting voice is very clear and also the music quality, touch pad, screen color. including battery also good, over all almost perfect...10/10

Hey Guys,

I got the Ace 2 approx. three weeks ago. After reading the review, I must say: ok, benchmarks are one thing, but real life performance is something different. I ran some benchmarks myself with my Ace 2 and an S Plus in a store and although the Ace 2 beat the S Plus in this respect, the S Plus still "feels" a lot faster.
I'll give you an example to test for yourself: Try Fruit Ninja on the Ace 2 and right after that on the S Plus if you get the chance.
I get an enormous input lag with slicing the fruits. It is almost unplayable compared to the performance on the S Plus.
Can anyone confirm that or do I happen to have a somewhat buggy device or something?

Hi!If you are wondering whether xperia u is better than ace 2, read on and be suprised:
I think that you should Buy Galaxy Ace 2 rather than the xperia u (I am currently using both of the phones.) Why? Well, here are the reasons:
Samsung galaxy Ace 2:
1.Bigger screen size
2.A micro SD slot.
3.More RAM
4.Near field Communication NFC chip
5.Great Battery - Lasts you all day
6. Samsung's Touchwiz is so much better than sony's Timescape UI
7.Better Bluetooth
8.Slimmer than xperia u

And now, let's take a look at what xperia u really beats the ace 2 at:
1.Design: No competition here. xperia U has the upper hand in here. It's one of the most coolest i've ever seen.
2.Display: Ditto. Xperia U is better cause of high pixel density, altough it isn't a much of a difference, but oh well.note that it has a smaller screen size.
3.Sensors: Xperia U. 10/10
4.It has better audio and ics outta box.
And it ends here, the xperia U advantage. I missed the processing power you said? Ah, but it's not a biggie. ace 2 has more RAM, less MHz and xperia u has less ram, more MHz. So, it's quite even, if you ask me. (P.S: The root for ace 2 is already out, and after you root it, u can overclock it to almost GHz without over heating it, which is , believe me super awesome!!)

SO, this concludes my comparison, folks. And there you go: The galaxy ace 2 has the double of reasons to suceed than xperia u. And hey, xperia u is a an awesome phone too.
So, if you want design with all the sensors and better screen quality go for xperia U, or if you want a bigger,faster device with nfc and better bluetooth and other various advanced functions, go for the ace 2!!
