yes, its available, in germany, , and samsung starts giving it all over the world, i think everyone will get until may 22. The reason they delay the update is because they improve the j.b and remove the lags and bugs in j.b. Portugal. .

i have upgraded,and i think it's not too slow,but after upgraded i installed deodex first.

i live in indonesia too,and i installed kies from samsung galaxy y software.
i think there was a problem with your kies instalation or with your phone usb cable if it didn't recogize your ace2
