I bought this camera, two months ago anda its amazing. Not only as phone is a great camera with very useful apps. Its cheap for the spec that it have.

OMG
this phone is so under_rated! this phone does seriously not get the credit it desreves.
flyest phone on the market even better than samsung galaxy s4.

Although not through "normal" GSM voice calls, you can still use a huge variety of 3G/wifi (internet) calling apps, skype and gtalk being the most common but you can use any other (even simple VoIP via nimbuzz, for example). Even if it doesn't have a mic it has BT so you can use any BT earpiece.

Android phones - even those with front-facing secondary cameras - are not factory-enabled to do videocalls and yet most people do this through apps specifically developed for that.

So yes, you can.
