Samsung has added yet another smartphone to its lineup called the Galaxy Core LTE. As the name suggests, this is a 4G upgrade to the Galaxy Core, which gained substantial popularity in some developing markets.
Just like the first gen Samsung Galaxy Core, the LTE version is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, but comes with a new 4.5" display of qHD resolution (up from 4.3" WVGA unit). The screen technology has also been upgraded to PLS from a regular TFT panel.

The Samsung Galaxy Core LTE run Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of box and has 1GB of RAM. Its main camera does 5MP stills and 720p video recording, while the front-facing snapper is of the VGA variety.
The connectivity department offers A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB 2.0 and NFC, as well as Wi-Fi b/g/n support. Internal memory stands at the modest 8GB, but thanks to the microSD card slot you can expand that by up to 64GB.The Samsung Galaxy Core LTE fits a 2,100 mAh battery inside its 132.9 x 66.3 x 9.8 mm body.

The Galaxy Core LTE will be available in White and Black in countries across Europe as well as in Russia and select countries in Asia. The Galaxy Core LTE will be referred to as the Galaxy Core 4G across some regions. Pricing is yet to be confirmed.
