channic, 17 Dec 2015I think your not taking care of it properly that's why it cracked. Phone slipping from your hand is a normal thing. I've Moto e it had slipped from hand lots of time. Never had any issue with this. I believe you're very extraordinary person. Sorry I'm not that extraordinary. I guess, it might have never happened with you.

A memory card formatted on a computer may not be compatible with the device. Format the
memory card on the device.
On the Home screen, tap Apps --> Settings --> Storage --> Format SD card --> FORMAT SD
CARD --> ERASE EVERYTHING.
Before formatting the memory card, remember to make backup copies of all
important data stored in the memory card. The manufacturer warranty does not
cover loss of data resulting from user actions.

Then this morning i got an error msg saying "Damaged SD card". WTH?? It was working fine when I inserted it to my tablet and now its damaged. I reformat it then it worked. When I tried it back to my J2, IT DOESNT STILL READ THE SD CARD! I've lost so many files and now I'm p!ssed!

Hello guys beware of this phone. This phone doesn't have gorilla glass. I believe that's the reason screen is cracking. Unfortunately my J2 phone slipped from 1.5ft height due to this screen of my phone had cracked. Now planning to repair this phone and sell it. Samsung and j2 sucks.

[deleted post]nice phones you have there, well at least you need not less than 1 Mbps for all the phones to perform well. HSPA phones need a speed of above 10 Mbps for online streaming to perform better.
