hi guys, pls help me.... how can i connect and transfer the data my samsung galaxy mini to PC without using Samsung Kies... thnx in advance.. how to activate that USB or Mass storage mode????

Hi everyone!

This phone is really great! I just got it last week and it's performance is awesome! It's very fast.
But something is bothering me about this phone. It's the Internal memory. From 180MB of Internal memory it went down to 140MB, 40 Mb has already been used. I don't know why? I didn't stored any files that big! And each day it keeps getting smaller. any suggestion?

Hello to all,
I am facing a great problem in using Samsung galaxy mini, I will be very thankful if someone will solve this problem.
I downloaded some software apps from the android market, by mistake I clicked some software which I don’t want to install, for example angry birds, because I already have these software. Angry birds is downloaded 10 % now I want to stop it but there is no option is the phone as well as on the web site of android market. I restarted the phone, try to clear active applications by using task manager, but all were remained in vain. Every time I use to connect the internet on the phone the download start and as you know it charged a lot of money from the mobile service provider(because of the package of service).
Tell me how I can stop the apps from downloading in its middle. Please help me, I am in great trouble.

I have this phone for 2 months.This phone is exactly what a not heavy user need.It does almost everything.I am really impressed and i really recommend it.
Does anybody know if its OS is upgradeable to 2.3?

i know somebody who actually tinkers around with smartphones (lg, samsung & iphone) and according to him, celfones developed problems/bugs when he installs a different operating system.
I tinker around with computers and electronics too and if u ask me... you know manufacturers install operating systems to a particular smartphone so people would be able to maximize the features of a phone. Installing a different operating system runs the risk that certain features would not be supported.
Experience taught me this lesson.

can anyone tell me please if the alarm on galaxy mini works when phone is turned off?? i just bought it today, and i tried the alarm and it s not working, maybe i do not know how to use....cuz if this application doesnt exist on this phone i dont want it anymore....please help me

Awesome phone in this price range and with respect to its features ,must buy for those who want a smartphone but cant spend much...
Battery is not a issue much to be commented on as by others...Smart utilization of the features can be done to compensate with it...
Some must apps that one must have are
1.Astro File Manager
2.Sky Fire Browser(Works with Flash) Android market says not compatible dont worry download .apk and install
3.Winamp
4.Adobe Reader(PDF)

Hi i have bought this phone two weeks ago, and the features was so amazing plus most application runs well believed, i really recommend this phone for people have less budget phone who looks for cheaper complete and practical phone very nice i can rate it 7.8 out of 10 the only disadvantage is the battery because if ur application are all open which relay to the net when its connceted its drain fast, but it was good if you have less aplication running, im from the philippines i bought this for 8,990 pesos and its worth it. thanks samsung keep it up
