Kiran, 19 Aug 2015Wants to go for Note Series Smart phone, which one is best ? among Note 3, Note 4 & Note 5... moreNote 4 is the best I have it with excellent performance
Disappointed, Non removable, No SD, No dual sim released yet, No IR and No radio..
Note 4 (from my point of view) is completely better.
Can't get enough of Samsung? The highly-anticipated Samsung Galaxy S7, which is expected to hit the smartphone market on December is said to be sporting the world's first holographic screen. A published Samsung patent application sourced from the US Patent & Trademark Office shows a mobile phone that can project images above its screen. It is expected that the Galaxy S7 will come with a 5.5-inch 4K Super AMOLED display being the first one from S series to break the 5" screen tradition.
The smartphone is equipped with 5G network support for better performance and faster browsing. It will come with 4 GB of RAM. For storage, the Galaxy S7 could come with 128GB, 64GB and 32GB variants. Rumors suggest that the smartphone will have a 10 MP front-facing camera and 30 MP rear-facing camera. According to reports, the Galaxy S7 will run using Android Marshmallow 6.0. The Galaxy S7 will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 processor or Exynos 7422. The device will have a new camera feature, dubbed 'gigapixel' that will enable the user to capture images with more clarity. The Galaxy S7 will also sport an infrared sensor that can measure body temperature precisely.

Saw the drop test .... BRITTLE comes to mind...
Why is Sami giving less and less (No removable battery / no sd card / no IR blaster / No IP rating / FM radio ??/ Less mAh / Glass back )
I wish they had gone for Carbon Fiber back instead of copying apple ... Blah .... Disappointed.
Is Samsung the next Nokia ----- Reached its peak and is now rapidly declining ??
Will they be the next management case in corporate failure ??
AnonD-430264, 19 Aug 2015I'm going for the crystal clear case with shock absorb. I think the glass back was a dumb move. Silicone rubber is much better for absorbing shock. Proven by experiment done by researchers.
Anonymous, 18 Aug 2015I totally not agree with what you are saying. Everything has pros and cons, but please don't t... moreI have all note series till note 3. Was waiting for note 5 with high specs. Samsung has disappointed in note 5. They are now licking the a.. of iphone now. Now i have decided better to purchase note 4.
AnonD-183089, 18 Aug 2015What I liked: the touchwiz design & features + the 4GB RAM + screen resolution + the s-pe... moreI am also using Note 4 from past 8 months, its very awesome, no fault. SM910C. disliked note 5 because of non-removable battery and no sd card. otherwise fine.
I was already start accepting the unremovable battery and no sd slot thing but the moment i saw the droo test my heart crashed with it too. Too brittle and fragile. Its like having a wine glass as a smartphone. Drop it and it breaks.

I'll get my Note tomorrow. With no need of removable battery or sd card I'm sire I'll be happy with it.
This might possibly be my last Samsung phone after reading about the new Microsoft Surface phone that also uses Android apps with Windows 10 and also covers all the bases that are lacking in the Note 5. By the time I'm done with this phone they should have worked out the bugs by then.
AnonD-139514, 19 Aug 2015Hey guys one more sad news.... Most people were waiting for samsung note 5 dual sim and hopin... moreSIGH....I was hoping that the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 DUOS from Hong Kong would have a microSD card slot in it....SIGH....Well waiting to see what the Moto X Pure and the Sony Xperia Z5+ has to offer.....
Anonymous, 18 Aug 2015USB 2.0???? Why?So anyone who has putchased USB 3 accessories for the Note 3 has to buy them all over again. The same as with the battery with the Note 4, that had virtually the same capacity but of course was non compatible with any of the previous ones.
Hey guys one more sad news....

Anonymous, 19 Aug 2015I use my TV for ambient noise, so it's not that much useless I have lots of gadgets and devices with IR support like a LG 3d tv ,Set top Hd tv box,LG Xboom cm9730 music system ,AC and few more devices so i need the IR BALSTER to control everythinv with one remote only.so samsung sud not have removed the IR blaster.
Clearly samsung acknowledges the brief ownership (rentership) period of their devices as of the last 2-3 years. They know they can toss any old thing out there and enough looky-lou's will have to have it that they will not suffer from pushing a mediocre product. One of the most intelligent things I have seen posted here, and this is true of ALL manufacturers, is that they feed us tiny upgrades i.e. one go of ram higher, per device evolution rather than jumping out with something really monumental with regards to performance (read: 5gb ram, 3.5ghz octave core, etc.) I'm severely disappointed with the note 5 and the games that were played with regards to "leaked" specs and info about it. It was enough to ease the sting of a sealed battery compartment by building it with the long-rumored 4500mah battery that suddenly became a 3000mah one upon unboxing. I'm moving away from Samsung until they really show a strong desire to be number one again and that is done by building stellar devices that set the standard, not mock-ups of other middling yet overpriced clones on the market.
Anonymous, 18 Aug 2015I really have to ask. Does anyone really use the IR blaster? I know there a few but in term of... moreI use my TV for ambient noise, so it's not that much useless
