AlienTaker, 05 Sep 2013Will this have flash player support?Possibly not but someone will quickly release a modified version of Flash player so you can get it working.
ish, 05 Sep 2013The design is just a copy of the first galaxy note !!!!!!!!!Of course it looks like the first galaxy note... The note is made to be a lot of screen with as little bezel as possible surrounding it so it's always gonna look similar because unlike iPhone this isn't style over substance.
[deleted post]Considering that 'Retina' displays are any displays over 300 ppi (the maximum number of pixels the human eye can recognise without putting our nose to it and squinting really hard), does it really matter what the screen resolution is like? Plus, on a 5.7" screen, you'd be less likely to be caught staring cross-eyed at the Note 3.
And unless you plan on going swimming with your phone (highly unrecommended, by the way), I'm pretty sure it will be water resistant to some degree.
And LTE-A. It's still in it's rather early stages in South Korea. I have no idea about the US. But LTE itself is still not widely dispersed. NZ only started implementing it this year, which is pretty remarkable for such a small country. Plus, SAMSUNG, being a Korean company and all, will probably release a LTE-A version for the Korean LTE-A market after the initial release.. It's not like the Galaxy S4 LTE-A came out straight away.
Prizzy, 05 Sep 2013To all the people who think that it'll feel much bigger just because it has a bigger screen.. ... moreThat's true why do folk keep saying its bigger its actually bit smaller than note 11.
4K video recording is future proofing your content not useless,,we said that about 1080p in smartphones being ridiculous but now we have 1080p tvs etc we are glad we recorded our memories in 1080p.
Niv, 04 Sep 2013Note 2 is the best ever phablet.. note 3 is a bit bigger in size and hard to useNiv said "Note 2 is the best ever phablet.. note 3 is a bit bigger in size and hard to use"
Lol! It's dimensions are actually the same. ACTUALLY it's a tad smaller in two dimensions.
As a note 2 owner this comes as a marginal upgrade
3100 to 3200 mAh humm should have been 3500 at least
I hope dual sim is available worldwide from day 1
No IP 57 / 58 certificate bad
SAR levels are ok
Textured back why not carbon fiber or kevlar .... sammi build quality must improve
[deleted post]-I don't think you need to take 5.7" phablet with you when swimming, where are you going to put it anyways ?Get galaxy gear for that.
-Yeah,like you are going to notice the difference + with such a big display, you won't need to look as close as on 5" displays.
-Most countries don't even have LTE yet,LTE-A is only in korea maybe??
Bunyip22, 05 Sep 2013Different devices.. If camera or waterproofing is really important to you i would look at the ... moreBut,Hey
honami has 2.2 quad-core snapdragon 800 ?which makes honami better...i guess
Note 3 isn't the up to date yet
If we compare to the other smart phone look:
-less than 441ppi
-4G network only LTE not LTE-A
Niv, 04 Sep 2013Note 2 is the best ever phablet.. note 3 is a bit bigger in size and hard to useThe actual dimensions of the phablet itself is mainly unchanged from the Note 2 though. The Note 3 is supposedly slimmer, but the screen is larger than the Note 2 because the bezel has been decreased and not because the actual device has been enlarged, so it can't be "too big" to use. I've had the Note and have the Note 2 now, and I am very keen for the Note 3 that will be released soon.
Niv, 04 Sep 2013Note 2 is the best ever phablet.. note 3 is a bit bigger in size and hard to usehey bro, next time read the full specs first before commenting, ok?
Don't be lazy and embarrassing yourself LOL..
