As far as I've search about Lollipop. It is meant for 64 bit and most phones now are 32 bits only. So upgrading would have issues definitely. They will come out later with a version for the 32 bit phones. There are some phone like the HTC desire that now runs on 64 bits though.

Hey, I'm buying Note 3 N9005 in a few days and I really need to know if I'm making the right choice. My main concern is that since it was released two years ago, will Samsung stop rolling updates for it and consider it old or outdated? Should I go with Note 3 or should I opt for a 'newer' smartphone? Thanks in advance.

I think Jelly Bean is a very nice andriod version, but kitkat and lollipop have some cool features and developments. These are making using android easier and I think is looks a lot better.

Guys, i got stability update of around 1080 MB via kies. Post updation, found some changes in interruption option. Also the ringtone problem which i mentioned few days back also got resolved with this update. Seems the minior issues in lollipop are addressed in this update.

Had this phone for over a year. It's really the best phone I've ever used. Perfect for multitasking and power using.
I have SM-N900 exynos in Trinidad. We are considered part of Latin America and as such I'd like to inform everyone that as of March 25th, Lollipop 5.0 has become available in this region; Baseband version N900UBUEBOC3.
