Are you really using note 3? May b its fake coz I m getting good battery backup and device is blazingly fast and no lags its best android smartphone in terms of display and productive user experience.. Don't troll here.. Coz either u don't have note 3 or ur using a fake one.
They did come out with the galaxy player 5.0 but sales on them tanked so they stopped making them.

Simon, 28 Jun 2014After upgrading android from 4.3 to 4.4 , my flip cover doesnt work on my note3.
I'll be real... moreTry to remove the case and re-input in it.
And go setting > general > accesory > automatic unlock (check it)
After set those up, restart the device.
No matter what trollers put up here, the Note 3 is still simply the most versatile device out, only to be overshadowed by the Note 4 soon. I very much appreiciate the 32GB internal memory that was issued from the start. The OS does take up 5.5GB, so if this was just some 10GB of users space. Couple that with 5 to 6 GB (conservativewith with only 1 or 2 medium sized games) for apps installation with their needed data storage, you're left with only 4GB+ extra space for your media if they stuck the device with 16GB.
Out of the 32GB of space, there's more than 26GB left for installing apps, and media. I use the external micro SD slot with another 58GB+ of user space from a 64GB card. I,m getting a total 84GB of user's space with this set up. Of course 128GB card works with this, but currently aere rare and very impractical with a high price.
Now imagine that T2 Ultra guy bragging how cheaper his device is, but with only 8BG of internal spcae, and thinks it's a direct competitor for the Note 3... I would guess the limited space would give some 4GB for apps installation and media. That's like hellish for not able to install much productive apps. I was already struggling with the 16GB Note II before, maxing out the 10GB user space because of the miscellaneous files the apps generate from productive apps (I don't usually play games). That's why I was surprised the S5 came with regular 16GB model.
I hope to see the Note 4 come out in regular 64GB model, or I don't really see the point of upgrading. Putting up the screen resolution to UHD is a bit ridiculous to me. It would only eat up the battery more, and I don't can see no real perceivable benefit for a higher ppi with the screen size except if it's 10 to 12" screened device.
I have the latest SG Note3 smartphone. I take 4k / UHD video. I can play the videos on the phone BUT trying to play them on the latest Samsung 4k/UHD in-store TV it says it doesn't recognise the file format on the thumb drive that by the way can also be run via OTG micro usb connection to the phone so are not corrupt.
What is wrong the phone and or Tv ?

And there are already solutions to that. I do use 4k occasionally like when my baby gets born, but nothing compels me to use it everytime as the files are large, and 720 p does the job ok for me. So far I've not ran any overheating issues like the Z2.
