ckang009, 21 Feb 2012how's the battery life on this? I've been using N7000 version and will like to upgrade to this... moreYou won't really be "upgrading". The processor will slightly lower the bench mark speed, it has no fm radio, and no screen mode options to control the color saturations. LTE is not so available everywhere and drains more power, although that's a nifty option to have. I like the light buttons though as they won't wear out as the physical button in the long run.
Plz help me out I hv to buy a phone bt i m cnfuse btwen samsung galaxy note and sensation xl and apple iphöne 4s

Raven, 19 Feb 2012Did anyone have any idea, when this Galaxy Note I717 will be release in the Philippines? Thanks!by april 2012
Adam Connolly, 17 Feb 2012Hi, I have a question about this version as against the international version as I am based in... moreIt won't work. US phones are totally incompatible with UK networks. They don't have sim card slots for a start.
ngambek2003, 15 Feb 2012Indonesia already has the international version of this. http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_ga... morebut its in different series dude.. galaxy note for international is GT N7000 and this one is i717, totally different.. will it be sell into international like indonesia? or just USA?? thanks
I have been using the Galaxy Note for over to months now. The battery lasts the whole day (6am to 10pm) with frequent use throughout the day.
The Touchwiz software is only slightly annoying (not like my old Omnia 2) and I hope to get ICS soon.
The build quality is impressive, I dropped the phone onto concrete from about 1 metre. It survived unscathed. I find the size perfect, the screen is big enough to feel like a tablet but the size is small enough to put into my back pocket and ride my motorcycle.
PS: When i send an email it has a STUPID message about sending from a Galaxy Note. Really Samsung?
LTE class 17 - very clear, but 1700/2100 is not, is it class 10 or 4 of AWS, or are they 1700 class 9 and 2100 class 1?
Did anyone have any idea, when this Galaxy Note I717 will be release in the Philippines? Thanks!
I've had a hands on experience with this one.
It works like a charm and the screen really is huge (makes an iphone look very very small).
I didn't buy it though because you obviously need a purse to carry it.
