I just got this phone 3 weeks ago, and I'm loving it more and more. Though the size of the phone is indeed huge, but I bought it which means I accept that fact.
This phone is awesome. with the 1GB RAM it really makes a difference compared to Galaxy S II. I have not had any issue such as phone hang or restarts on its own like Galaxy S II when i got it for 2 weeks.
The resolution of the screen is beautiful. The camera takes great photos and you only need a few simple steps using the editing tool in this phone to get flawless and basic effects.
The battery life isn't as terrible as some said. I always play around with apps and surf the net and it lasted me for at least 6 hrs with super heavy usage, with lots of applications running. I also tried not using any apps or anything for a day, just sms and a few phone calls, by the end of the day there is still 60% left. For me, with this much resolution and RAM, the battery life is impressive enough.
Basically, this phone is really good. Definitely worth the money. But only if you don't mind a phone that doesn't fit in your pocket.
Looks like a great phone, doubt i'll buy it tho because the screen is too small. i want a phone that cant fit in my pocket. damn
paopaowell, 06 Feb 2012what is the different between SG note compare SG note i717 ???i hv same question
YES! the worlds BEST phone!
Still waiting for the Australian release....
I've never held or seen the device in person but i have no doubt that its one of the best phones out there and when it gets ice cream sandwich it will be # 1
i just hope it doesn't heat up like alot of smart phones
This phone look nice in white colour, the screen is amazing. I never really like the iphone4 which I had owned in the past; except the look.
i don't see y you guys keep on complaining about the battery life. If it lasts you 14+hrs, then it should fine. What's wrong with charging it everynight? you sleep at night don't you? takes 2secs to plug the dam charger. move on with your life.
Sandy dan, 27 Jan 2012I saw sooo many people commenting soo many things even without using the note yet.. I got my n... more"Just Your Opinion", mark it pal. Screen size and colaborate between tablet-phone with S-Pen are superb innovasion from Smasung Mobile. If you compare with iPhone 4 or iPhone 4S, just remember both of them are different OS from competitor. And if you really used SGSII and GNote too, I think you should know that your opinion definetly not objective at all.
Yes, Galaxy Note screen is scratch resistant. It has Cornhil Gorilla Glass.

paopaowell, 06 Feb 2012what is the different between SG note compare SG note i717 ???Everything is same in this two monster except (Chipset. CPU. & GPU.).
This phone is fantastic. The only thing to question...is obvious, the size of this beast. Like "a galaxy S II on roids" is what i commonly hear. Sometimes you'll love it, like reading in bed at night. Other times...you'll, not hate, but feel frustrated and awkwified...like having more than the phone in your pocket, or the pants you're wearing today are a lil smaller in the pockets than the rest. This phone has above average battery life. In an age where we presently charge our phone every night anyway you'll find yourself
paopaowell, 06 Feb 2012what is the different between SG note compare SG note i717 ???SGnotei717 from at&t has 4G LTE as opposed to SGnote international version with 3G HSPA. SGnotei717 is 0.1 inches smaller in length with a NFL chip. International version has a physical home button at the bottom which looks super cute. But SGnotei717 from at&t has no physical home button. In stead of that it has 4 touch buttons which US android users are already familiar with.
