Please explain about unlocked, it will operate on other networks such as T-Mobile, Strait talk on GSM Bands and still offer 4G LTE Data or Data being Wi-Fi Only?

I see that the Verizon (i605) and US Cellular (R-950) versions both operate their 4G LTE 700 MHz Class 13 network frequency. I know that the Verizon i605 comes factory unlocked due to the 700mhz spectrum requirment for handsets to be unlocked at...
