Monica, 21 Nov 2012Lots of problems on S3 forum so they are coming to you as well since Samsung doesn't have stab... moreSamsung just sells far more units than htc that the perception is more phones fail. E.g. 10 htc units failed is 10% of every 100 sold, and 20 failed Samsung units is 10% of 200 sold. Still 10% failure rate. Samsung is a HUGE mobile company with much more S3 units sold than all htc phones.
I had experience 3 Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (2 marble white and 1 titanium gray). I love the titanium gray but the super amoled of my specific unit has darker black spots on the screen when in a dark room that's why I replace it. My second note is a T-Mobile sim-free model that have so much in OS apps that I don't need and I hate start-up logos! The third Galaxy Note II, is what I can say is the best Note II I experience by far. Though I couldn't turn the shutter sound off. I have read that it depends on the region or the country it came from. Too bad but, it doesn't hurt that much though. I can cover the speaker grill when taking random photos of some people or places. LOL. Well, that's it. 💋
Install a app called scrolling live wallpaper from google play u will be able to resize the wallpappler to the full resolution.
It is the wrast phone,it will not support video calling.fring or skyp, dear friends becarefull, check this before u buy.
hi such a great fablet thus Samsung made but this use for only rich people, y not for middle class people like 5" super lcd display,1.4 ghz single core process,5mega pixel camera with flash, 720p video recording, divx xvid player, front facing camera,s pen styler, latest android and connectivity,8gb inbuilt with expand memory, like galaxy w for 16000rs
Skype will not do video calls on my note 2.
Tried everything. Asked it to use front camera and back camera.
No video calls. Just voice.
How do you set up a wall paper on the note 2 because it does not give you an option to re size the image and change the size of the pic
1)how can i get 7 wallpapers for 7 different homescreen

2)how can i edit songs details like album, genre, etc in music player.
Monica, 21 Nov 2012Lots of problems on S3 forum so they are coming to you as well since Samsung doesn't have stab... moreyes , i agree with you , the htc is a great brand , i used htc wildfire for 2 years , it 's a very good phone and very durable ,strong , strudy built . my htc still have the new look but battery doesn't work like before but we can suppose it's all smartphones issues but the issue that make me change for note 2 is the htc sense software wich used a lot of internal memory as a lot of battery too , this htc sense come with all htc android phones while i could find the strong strudy built and the very high speed response in the GN II
Anybody can tell me , how to move applications from internal phone memory to External SD card ? Previously Note 1 was having the option to move installed applications. But in Note2, I am unable to do that.
Btw, this phone is simply awesome.
iS it possible to direclty download apps / videos to the external memory card? will i have to root it?
If so, how?
brilliant phone this is. used to be or still am a apple fan but wouldnt change it again for an iphone

tarek ahmad, 20 Nov 2012i am not saying the screen is that bad , the first time i saw the phone i was amazed by its di... morethis isn't a problem with the note 2. when the note 1 first came out, some people who aren't used to oled screens complained that the screens looked a bit blueish, because oled screens have a bit of a blue hue in white backgrounds. with note 2, samsung tried to fix this by giving white backgrounds a bit of a yellow hue to reduce the blueness of the screen. the matter of fact is, there's no clear definition of what a 'white' background should look like. since you got used to the first note, the second note looked yellowish to you. that can happen sometimes when people switch from one screen brand ( not necessarily a cell phone ) to another. the fact that all the note 2 screens that you looked at looked the same to you is a proof of this. it all depends on what screen you got used to and personal preference, really.
