Samsung has just confirmed that Galaxy Note is among the handsets that will receive the JB upgrade in the next few months! The wait begins... let's see what they have in store for us, considering this will probably be the last Android upgrade that this Note gets!!!

You're absolutely right in not calling it a smartphone. That's what the competition and their hardcore fans don't get.
Multipurpose terminal. Excellent terminal. Excellent display dimension, resolution and graphics performance. Excellent overall performance and build quality. Solid an well built bodycase. Mature OS. Flasj support. Portable. 3g connectivity in fact excellent connectivity. Decent battery juice and excellent camera. Decent free sim price. Lots of apps. Is there somebody who want more? In conclusion for me is a laptop replacement solution. Congratulation Samsung. By the way I'm an nokia daily basis user but i must admit Note is tje best solution for... anything you want from present day gadgets. I've nothing more to say. I don't want my opinion to become yours opinion but today Note is a kind of multipurpose device-gadget or multiconvivial device-gadget capable to satisfy any demand from any customer. Again Congratulation Samsung for your vision. Note is unique.

GSM Arena should post that the Galaxy note has a 'partitioned' memory and even if the user upgrades to ICS, it won't be able to benefit of the new unified storage feature.
I only had a hands on experience with the 16GB. It has 11GB usable storage (FAT32 with it's 4GB filesize limit) and has 2GB data storage (Where they keep the installed apps). Sad to see that Samsung had an opportunity to implement a unified memory feature from ICS but they didn't because it will require a full reformat.
forget to till you guys there is new update for our phablet (http://www.sammobile.com/2012/...mVg.twitter) see this link and you will no more about it i think is just perpetration for jelly bean 4.1 which we will get it soon as Samsung said :D
this phablet is really very good guys but take care some programs make your phone hang a lot and don't believe the bullshit that some programs can save your battery is't take more from the battery not save it because this programs always see the battery and how mach in the battery and the temp. do you thing this doesn't take any thing from the battery just use the power saving system of the phone is already built in the phone in sittings don't need to download one take more than can save i use it and the battery can stay longer
Sunny, 23 Sep 2012I am willing to get this. But, would like to know about its performance with ICS 4.04.you can do 3 things :
1-go to task manager and ram from above and click clear memory.
2-download program to stop the programs like i have advanced task manager pro so i can free my memory with this program also you can choose automatic kill so every one hours the program kill the others programs and free memory alone is very good.
3.long press in the main key so you will have quick access to the task manager and easily sweep the program to the left or the right that's will close it and free ram and give you more batter time :D
*DON'T FORGET ALWAYS GO TO SITTINGS BATTERY AND SEE WHICH PROGRAMS ARE EATING YOUR BATTERY AND DO FORCE STOP FOR THEM ALWAYS . GOOD LUCK HOPE THAT YOU GOT IT
