shut down your phone open it with home button +on button and volume up botton your phone will be start opening root directories volume key down reset factory data with home button select reboot your phone

my phone is locked and the net connection is disable from inside in the setting my son attempted to unlock the phone and know it is asking me to sign in to google tell me what should i do
