hello! unfortunately, i still have this chunky/clunky phone. Also encountered the same problem so what you can do is during a call (either outgoing or incoming), press the Home Screen button so you go back to the main screen and the call will just go...

Its the phone I have not too impressed and everyone has amazing phones but getting the s5 or iphone 6 so its okay but ya a few years ago it was a better phone and u feel like sherlock holmes when using the phone as thts the phone he used in the first...

Well a temporary fix is to change your screen lock into a pin/password type.. you don't need the touch screen for that kind of lock :)) It's a temporary fix though :)
