It's a mismatch if you compare it to iPhone.
I remember the time when S4 was announced, so many fans said S3 is better and they were proven wrong as time goes by.
Now the same thing happens to this unit. Don't be prejudice.
i'm independent.. for me this time samsung really terrible.. several days ago, i still support this phone but when i heard price of this phone.. i will say no..
its not like i hate this phone.. but for all attribute, this phone cant be compared with Z2 with price.
its an okay phone but for not major update of the phone 600-700 euro compare to S4 400 euro.. its a big different just because of 2.5Ghz Procie, +3MP camera and HDR, 2800mAh battery.. i dont think 300 euro worth enough for that..
if samsung release this phone cheaper like 500 euro.. i will consider.. for 600-700? i prefer going for Z2 instead or 5S..
U may be right saying I haven't even tried it and keep criticizing it but I hope it truly proves me wrong by magically performing better than the specs provided cos if u were also a fan u would agree it's jux like i-phone 4s and 5c or i-phone 5s and 5c

I doubt if you really are a fan of Galaxies.
I've been a fan of the galaxies.I therefore expected more but this is certainly no major upgrade from the S4.I feel Samsung really held back in improving the S4 in the S5 and this must be one of their strategies to clear as much money as they can from consumers.Just hope apple puts them to shame this time.
Jmack, 10 Mar 2014there are 3 big issues .. there is no FM radio , 2800 mah battery , and there is no sterio speakersWho needs radio in phone that is dependent to the wired headset?
Who plays music to the phone's loudspeaker nowadays?
You are the only one making that as big issues.
Come on, grow up will you?
Who needs radio in phone that is dependent to the wired headset?
RueLeonheart, 10 Mar 2014Yes 10% is majority versus 0.01% for heart-rate monitor. I don't know why Samsung favored hear... moreA fairly educated guess as to why FM radio is being left behind (whilst new sensors keep being added, some of which may only appeal to a very small number of people) is that FM (unlike all these others) requires *something* fairly large that acts as an antenna.
In the past they have used a *wired* external headset to double as a FM antenna, but people have now gone *wireless* and frown upon wired accessories.
It's because people now don't use wired headsets, that carrying an additional accessory to do FM radio (in the phone) is honestly the most stupid concepts one could imagine. Why? Because (for the same size of the antenna accessory) you could just carry a miniature stand-alone FM radio that would work regardless of your phone charge.
Why must people complicate things?
Yes, there was a time when you could merge the two things together. Now that time is gone and people have moved on, deal with it.

But for me, I am working in a different country where the language is different from my country that is why built-in FM radio is no use for me because I don't understand the broadcast.
Wherin Internet radio gives me option to choose different stations all over the world without using a wired headset and enjoying my Beats wireless.

Like I said, I like both FM radio and Internet radio, so when there is good wifi, I will use internet radio, but when there's no data connection, I will switch to FM.

Especially radio in mobile phone, coverage is very weak. You need to stretch the headset wires in order to get a better signal.
