The yet to be announced Samsung Galaxy S5 Active made an unscheduled appearance in a hands-on video. An AT&T version of the device with the model number SM-G870A (in line with past leaks) took part in a four-minute long clip.
The brief video reveals that the upcoming smartphone will likely follow the same formula as the Samsung Galaxy S4 Active. The handset will essentially be a toughened up version of the regular Samsung Galaxy S5.
Curiously, the person who took the video claims that the AMOLED display of the device has a higher resolution than the G900. This claim however, is yet to be confirmed.

Samsung Galaxy S5 Active is expected to debut in the near future. Its rumored specs include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC, 2GB of RAM, and 16MP camera.

Don't buy this phone, you will have bad update suport, I am now typing on my S4 Active International and no major update since I first bought. I am still on 4.2.2. and s3 have 4.3. This is how samsung treat their clients.
