Keep in mind if u restrict ur processing rates of ur phone it harms the phone pretty well.

anu97awesome, 02 Jun 2015mc5 is a high end game. Playing that game at 1080/1440p resolution with brightness for 2 hours... moreI only set the brightness at 30 percent. I also use my 2014 flagship smartphone to play mc5 but it has better battery life almost double. I think it is not good that a 2014 smartphone would outdo the 2015. My friend adviced me to root my phone that may or may not increase the performance and battery life. I never experienced rooting my smartphone before. Is it advisable? Will iy really increase the battery life and performance? Thank you. I need a professional comment not a comment from a fanboy

You are such a terrible liar. I think you haven't own s6 yet. If somehow managed to buy an s6 please observe that even you are not using your phone it discharges 8 to 12 percent every 8 hours. It will certainly last even 5 days. And you said that smartphones are not made for gaming. My 2014 flagship smartphone (will not mention the brand because fanboys may get buthurt) plays mc5 and has almsot double battery life. I hate fanboys comment because it does not help the users
Anonymous, 01 Jun 2015Smartphones aren't designed to be game machines. Though they have the power to perform, maxing... morewell if s6 is not for gaming and it is used only for texting and such then I should bought a low end smartphone the. It is a flagship device thus, it should perform better than low end smartphone

I had one Samsung S6 32G 6 weeks and I have to say that I'm very disappointed about the experience with this phone.
First of all I have to say that I bought the phone from Romania - Orange network, from the second week of use it started to lose signal and the battery was draining very fast. One full charge lasted from 7.30-8 AM to 2-3 PM.
I've sent the phone to the warranty, came after 3 days and they said that they "calibrate the signal and reinstall the software"... After one day the phone had the same problem (signal drop and fast battery drain)
I've sent the phone again to warranty (Orange network)
It came after 5 days and they said that they changed the charger, the back of the phone. But surprise the problem was still there. Crap phone, and crap warranty stuff.
I had Samsung S2, S3, S4, S5... This phone is a shame, it looks fantastic well, the display is impresive but you cant use it like a phone. When the signal dropped it only came back after you restart the phone. All my friends told me that I have the phone closed, i've changed the sim card also, nothing changed...
Switched on a Samsung Note 4 from one week now and the problem is solved :) the battery last until 22-23 PM in the night with a full charge at 7.30-8AM and no drop in signal.
Think twice before you go for this phone...

Best Specifications, 02 Jun 2015Samsung Galaxy S6 this post is a very helpful. It is a good quality phone.S6 has the best specs..^^~V..(YA))))))...and S6 looks beautiful.
The performance of this one is very interesting. If we look at just the GPU, it does 190.4 Gflops. It is about the same as Snapdragon 805. Snapdragon 810 heat and performance fixed does 388.8 Gflops. But the whole CPU + GPU combo pulls Exynos 7420 ahead of Snapdragon 810. So the 14nm build must help alot vs the 20nm build. Samsung has also done some crazy optimisation, because when it comes to benchmarks. Antutu 5 Snapdragon 810 best 63k vs Exynos 7420 68k. Very interesting to see how much of a difference does Qualcomms customisation make difference for Snapdragon 820 vs the non customized Snapdragon 810.
