Anonymous, 02 Mar 2015No sd card, no expanded battery option. Might as well buy a crapple phone. Now things can never be as bad as that to have to lower your standards to go to iPhone.
Anonymous, 02 Mar 2015I bought all galaxy S since the 1st one in 2010. That microsd part is a let down for sure, but... moreAlso because I use so much I have a spare battery at home and in glovebox and have had to use them many times.
No biggie to me if it doesn't have an SD card. I back everything up to the cloud with Google anyway so that's irrelevant. However, I would like the removable battery, but then again it's not like I pull my battery out that often anyway!
Anonymous, 02 Mar 2015I bought all galaxy S since the 1st one in 2010. That microsd part is a let down for sure, but... moreI'm a very heavy user and after a year batteries average about 20% less capacity and that is a big issue with how often I have to charge, so I always change battery after 8 months.
no sd card slot and no removal battery...... F** this phone samsung :D
i dont agree, 02 Mar 2015SD card slot is not MUST HAVE. when you have an SD card larger then 16GB you have big problems... moreYou're very wrong because I have a 128gb card and countless videos, music, images apps etc and all works fine.
The only problems happen is with a lot of separate files flash memory does lag, but decent quality cards reduce that so isn't really a big issue.
Plus I just don't like the idea of spending huge amounts more for extra capacity like iPhone users have to do.

But between us, how many times you had to remove battery with all your galaxy's ?
The only times i removed battery, it was for flashing custom roms...
i dont agree, 02 Mar 2015SD card slot is not MUST HAVE. when you have an SD card larger then 16GB you have big problems... moreFor the crashing part, i think i know where that comes from : you have bad microsd cards.
I recently purchased a few microsd cards 64gb outside of major online stores (means not amazon for example), and i noticed that all those cards are "defective" past 8gb filled.
Try the software h2testw from your computer to check your microsd and you will see.
Else, i have 3 real 64gb microsd with no problem for years in different devices.
OMG,how can u people complain about a 64 giga memory on a phone, even 32 is more than enough, what the hell do u put in a phone, that has 64 giga or 128,that is just crazy, the phone looks awesome
I've been with the Galaxy series since the beginning but dumbass Samsung has just lost a loyal customer because it is truly idiotic of them to remove the micro SD slot and removable battery, so now I'll have to either hope they do a variant with the same basic hardware but with a card slot or move to another manufacturer.
grahamkdt, 02 Mar 2015... no microSD, non-removable battery does not equal FAIL! Apple have never had removable batt... moreWell, guess who's *not* buying Apple, I think this is a bad mistake.
But I don't think they are that foolish to make that mistake, they probably have a microSD/replaceable battery version coming up in a few months. They are testing the market, simply because they can afford it.
SD card slot is not MUST HAVE. when you have an SD card larger then 16GB you have big problems with saving your videos and photos on it. videos and photos are chrashing an you can't play them any more. and about that non-removal battery i think that is not problem. for me it is not a problem because i never change my battery ,but i u se it every day from the morning to tge evening
And bottom headphone jack on top of it all. Well samsung, if your goal was to lose even more market share, its a success.
Anonymous, 02 Mar 2015Ah crap! No SD card and removable battery? So i HAVE to buy the 128Gig version? No thanks! ... moreEventually Samsung follow suit to produce flagship smrtphone with Non removable battery. It will not be too long that we will see LG also follow suit to produce the LG G4 flagship phone with non removable battery and No micro SD card slot. This is just the trend that the smart phone industry is moving towards and every major phone manufacturer is following. Stop complaining and adjust our mind to adapt to this trend.
W T F no SD card and removebale battery now Consumer are on loosing end.
No sd card, no expanded battery option. Might as well buy a crapple phone.
harlekkin, 02 Mar 2015I bet you've never used iTunes with an iPhone, but I HAVE used a GALAXY device on Kies and it ... moreYou can't stand that you are caught in Apple ecosystem, that's all. We all know that way of thinking and seeing things.
harlekkin, 02 Mar 2015I bet you've never used iTunes with an iPhone, but I HAVE used a GALAXY device on Kies and it ... moreI have already used itunes, i bought 2 iphones for my gf. So ? Itunes is for morons or not tech-savvy users. As simple as that.
grahamkdt, 02 Mar 2015... no microSD, non-removable battery does not equal FAIL! Apple have never had removable batt... moreIf we wanted an IPHONE we would get one. The reason we get a Galaxy is for the OS and expandeble memory. I see no reason to upgrade Ill stay with my S5. Also saw nothing about the S6 being as durable as the 5.
