nazim, 17 Oct 2015its a good phone . do not update your phone otherwise it will start hanging. try to keep atles... moreI have it for 6 months, there's no such lag/hanging as you say after the 3 or 4 updates i received meanwhile (i have 500hrs + available time, meaning without any reboot and i can provide a screenshot if necessary). Some fixes have been made compared to original firmware so it worths to keep the phone updated (for now) and clean off course. With marshmallow, it will be best of course to see the first feedbacks..
its a good phone . do not update your phone otherwise it will start hanging. try to keep atlest 5 to 10 gb free on ur device if your memory gets full try to shift your datas to pc or hard disk. camera quality is very good battery life is good compared to iphone its very light weight phone i am using for last 3 months not a single lagging issue if you start updating your phone it will start hanging and your memory will also get low not only for this device for all such as iphone htc etc
Does this phone lag? I want to buy it but i can't decide between this and the new iphone 6s. Please i need some opinion about this two.

Samsung sells damaged displays with new phones
i bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 edge last week after using it for 4days the display showed a dead pixel and deflections on the screen i had to replace a new display. i didn't thing they will do a shame thing they only care only a bout selling don't take Samsung devices
You send it off to Samsung to replace the battery which will cost £40 - £60.
What happens if the battery conks out in galaxy s6 and s6 edge? Do we need to replace entire phone?
Best phone ever, what not to love ? Gorgeous design, light weight, super fast, perfect size, fantastic cameras, fast charging, great speaker, Samsung quality, and even the price is getting affordable now...How can people buy something else....I have the 64 GB white model.
Fish, 15 Oct 2015Does this phone heat? How about the ram management?....i am looking for the answer too ... but i think that every comment who is talking about heating they all agreed for a very slim smartphone will heat and warm up after a heavy data usage as browsing for hours and gaming .... but i am sure this phone can handle lots of programs with his 3Gb of RAM as Samsung always do .... thanks
Anonymous, 07 Sep 2015I have LG G2. Its a amzing phone guys. I have compared G2 and S6. S6 is really bad performance... moreare you sure that you compared the two devices G2 and S6 edge .. because i have the G2 since June 2014 and i loved it very much but i had just one problem with heating , when i use the G2 for more then 1 hour gaming or browsing , it warm up so much that i can't even hold it to my hand, and i read in all this comments that's the s6 edge with none usual snapdragon chipset can't heat up as other galaxy series that's why i am choosing to go for it .... any advice will be grateful.
Snoopy_01, 08 Oct 2015I don't know why people complain about the battery or it glitching i have the galaxy s6 edge a... moreI agree with you ...its exactly right. Many people think downloading them ache cleaner makes the phone faster but it actually drains more battery
I have never agreed to or accepted ENHANCED FEATURES as it wanted too much access. I didn't mind rejecting this every couple of hours but after the last update it stopped asking.
Now it appears that the ENHANCED FEATURES is active and running without my permission.
For anyone who says they dont have this check in running apps.
I force stop this when i can but it re-activates within minutes.
If Samsung can force apps that need permission then this is the last product I will get from them.
Does anyone else have this issue and if so is it really an issue or am I just spitting the dummy out for no reason.
S6 edge is the best phone samsung ever launched. But samsung it has a poor battery life. Moreover my phone even doesn't charge properly. It shows 100% but when I unplug the charger it becomes 98%. Why man? And the battery drains so fast. Within 1 hour it becomes 58% from 100%. Please give a solution to it.
Sub.Zero, 11 Oct 2015The speaker quality is okay, but not very loud. But plugging a headphone is awesome quality ON... moreThe S6 edge speaker is really loud, like Note 4...but lacks some bass. You could improve that a little by using the equalizer inside the music player. Probably one of the best speaker on a phone, on par with G3 or G4 from LG. HTC speakers are vastly overrated, no power and no bass.
vanagl, 10 Oct 2015Im a samsung fan but sammy should concentrate on its sound quality. As the bass on this phone... moreThe speaker quality is okay, but not very loud. But plugging a headphone is awesome quality ONLY IF u do the Adapt Sound option in Sounds options in Settings!
After doing the Adapt Sound (even if you ok all the tests), the audio quality became as good as my Sony Walkman and iPod sounds poor quality after that! I guarantee!!
I have a Samsung Galaxy K Zoom. I bought the S6 edge thinking that, because of its ultra hd camera, it would be better than the K Zoom. But it isn't . If i zoom then the loss of resolution is much worse than I expected. Images zoomed eight times look absolutely awful whilst I can zoom 10 x with the K Zoom without loss of resolution as the zoom is optical. I really didn't expect that the zooming would result in images of such poor quality whilst using the s6 edge.
To make things worse, I can not use kies with this phone. I have to use that really stupid smart switch to transfer videos from the phone to my mac. I will send this phone back to Samsung, as I am still in the 14 days, and will keep the K Zoom. I am a TV cameraman and use the KZoom as a second camera. It is that good, the camera in the KZoom.
This phone is much better than the K zoom in all aspects but two: The camera and the connection with mac. Unfortunately, these are the most important aspects for me.
