I have the UK version with the exynos processor, geekbench results are single 2200 and multicore 6500.... Check geek bench the snapdragon 820 is a around 1000 slower on multicore... However everyone online seems to think it's faster ??? Type in s7 models (for the different regions) type the model numbers into geekbench and the UK version is the fastest I don't know why...but I'm not complaining.
When the S5 was released I thought, finally a phone with usb 3.0. And then, gone. I guess people enjoy waiting forever to transfer large files to their phone. Truth is the moronic masses never noticed; probably couldn't tell you what 3.0 is. It really sucks we get deprived of SS because of the ignorance of the masses.
Anonymous, 16 Mar 2016...so what.?....what is the big deal ?Are you a s6 user? If you are then you can't see it's cons.
Mylord, 16 Mar 2016Has it a dual Sim? In the specs of gsmarena it says so!Not in the North America version. Only international version.
Anonymous, 16 Mar 2016You can buy a FM radio. On top of the 700 dollar phone, makes sense. *Sarcasm* Some people have as much reasoning ability as a brick
Mylord, 16 Mar 2016Has it a dual Sim? In the specs of gsmarena it says so!Yes, it does have dual sim. As it is written in the official Samsung's website. In the sim card tray, there are two slots. One for the sim card 1, and in the other one, you can either put the SD card which is expandable upto 200gb, or you can also put the sim card 2 in the second slot. So, simply the second slot is for optional use. Either SD card or sim card 2.
K Sen, 16 Mar 2016Absolutely love the S7! Its a great device, feels really good in hand and performs really w... moreYea for people saving money this is not that much of a upgrade better save for Note or S8 if your coming from S6
Atul Godhwani, 16 Mar 2016Has anyone spotted the 64gb variant, online it doesn't seem to appear anywhere. Because it has expandable memory slot only comes in 32gb
Anonymous, 15 Mar 2016what is wrong with s6 Three of my friends bought S6 and all three landed up in service center in their first month. Two had battery problem which was repaired. But the third one had major lagging issue. Samsung kept it with them for more than one month and when returned it hardly worked for 2days and had same problem. Then when he went to Samsung for replacement they said they can only repair the piece and not replace it, it has been 3weeks and it is still with Samsung service center don't know when they will return. So bad.
Sorry one of them was S6 Edge it had battery problem it drained off too quickly.
Atul Godhwani, 16 Mar 2016Has anyone spotted the 64gb variant, online it doesn't seem to appear anywhere. nope, but y go for the 64gb? i mean, with the expandable storage, y bother?
Has anyone spotted the 64gb variant, online it doesn't seem to appear anywhere.
Absolutely love the S7!
Its a great device, feels really good in hand and performs really well. Surprisingly the infamous Touchwiz could become famous :D with so little bloatwares and how easy it is to turn them off.... IR blaster and FM radio maybe a deal breaker to few, but only a few perhaps....
comparing it with the S6, its a better phone in every aspect expect the loudspeaker performance. "looks can be deceiving", meaning, inspite of the S7 being a better phone then the S6, since they look almost the same, an upgrade from the S6 to the S7 could be a not so sure thing. So obviously, S7 sales wont beat the S6 sales just like how the iphone 6S sales didn't beat the iphone 6 sales....
No remote control.. I see Samsung has returned the missing features in S6 Edge Plus and Note 5 back on S7 and S7 edge but disappointed to see it still ignored the Remote control app. With my S6 edge, I was able do it but S7 dropped it. Not a good idea. Surely, it has great camera and design but wouldn't upgrade as it doesn't make much difference with S6 Edge and moreover the missing remote app.
Anonymous, 16 Mar 2016S6 is not water and dust proof ...so what.?....what is the big deal ?

Well, i admit this is the first time i actually see a samsung that can take good pictures, but best camera? Best battery? Oh, well. To each his own.
