U guys suck... i only have my note 4 for two months & already u released note 5 and also note 7 is on the way... i gotta buy every fone u release? i cannot afford that kinda money every month god damn it...
I read on couple of sites that the capacity of battery it will be 3700 mAh....can anyone confirm that?
Bigusrobus, 07 Feb 2016You guys seem to be the only ones saying it won't have a Card Slot, how can you be so sure? It would have micro sd card. You can see in my previous comment the source to read details about it.
Anonymous, 07 Feb 2016No sd cart slot....My samsung galaxy s series interest died since the s5S5 still has card slot. I buy Note 4 when Note 5 will release in just a few days because Note 5 has no expansion. USB OTG is the only supported Expansion.
The only major difference with the S6+ and the S7 is going to be the Snapdragon 820/Exynos 8890 to the Exynos 7420 and the Android Marshmallow vise the Android Lollipop.
Bhargav, 04 Feb 2016What do you guys think (I know it has not come out), considering the given features, is S7 a w... moreNot in the slightest. It's racking up to have the same specs as the 6 edge plus. so you might as well buy that when the 7 comes out. because that will kill the price of it almost instantly. with it being the "obsolete" model.
dazzler85, 06 Feb 2016From what I've read elsewhere it will have an sd slot and waterproofing, and will have 12mp ca... moreWith those specs, we are better off with the wallet friendly V10 which is just the same specs thus far. maybe a little bit different, but to save a few 100 I would much rather buy it. Not only that, I've yet to hear any bad remarks on the V10 and am constantly getting hit by bad remarks about the S6 and the S series in general.
Nando, 07 Feb 2016I'm so glad the s7 is coming out, so I can finally buy the s5...If I were you, I would stick with whatever phone you have. the S5 may just be the worst phone in the line up of S Series phones that I have seen. I personally would rather get the LG G2 than the S5. At least that had a comfortable feel in the hand.
S5 and Note4 are the last normal Samsung for normal people.
Furder models have the same insane philosophy as well as iPhone....
I agree with those who said goodbye to Samsung.
You guys seem to be the only ones saying it won't have a Card Slot, how can you be so sure?

Does anyone know if Samsung will continue it's anti-consumer policy of region locking of it's phones?
Vchamp2k, 05 Feb 2016Dear Samsung, I was an ardent fan of your S series flagships right from S Captive handset unti... morei have to agree with everything you said, i liked Samsung before but after S5, no more, only last thing like about them was Samsung Note Edge, their S series keeps copying Note Edge so bad that S series can never take down Note Edge, or even just the Note series
victor, 06 Feb 2016Who carries a spare battery to replace a battery that takes no time to recharge doesn't make ... morewell if it has a fast-charge feature with it, reconsider it will overheat or if not, the battery will not last more than 6months, that's the only thing i hate with Samsung, and also the FORCE CLOSE crap with the Android OS xD
Who carries a spare battery to replace a battery that takes no time to recharge doesn't make sense & especially a battery that will stay charged... Can't believe comments like.Wont be buying a galaxy if battery can't be removed I will buy an Apple iPhone ! ! ? ..REALLY

A smartphone is most of all a computer, portable for that matter. I don't buy a smartphone
for being a phone, there are so many superior alternatives for this job.(mainly the "dumbphones"...)
So it has to have the best battery life possible. Reducing battery size to make it thinner and cooler, is not wise, because it reduces portability. In general one expects to see an increase of battery life, still, for mobile devices. Because being mobile means less dependence from the wall socket. Thinness is never a substitute for this kind of independence. I hate myself for pointing out self-evident things, but it seems I must.
To make it clumsy accepting expandable storage , reduces portability , which is not wise.
One SD slot is not enough already, absence of even one is tragic.
To make it impossible to effectively communicate with the bulk of existing peripherals(such as big conventional monitors and screens as well as keyboards and mouses) reduces flexibility.
I may want to enjoy my smartphone from the coziness of an office, on a nearby screen when available. How can anyone fail to understand that universal connectivity is essential for adopting new paradigms?
Rather adopting obscure communication protocols, allegedly in the name of progress, does not convince anyone.
And of course a capable cpu is very welcome, but how can anyone enjoy it, if it can't be connected to large screens and decent handling peripherals? Of course looking good is welcome but not at the cost of functionality and durability.
