Ali Bashir, 13 Feb 2017Hey there, i think the xz is the best choice for you.Why are you here? I hate to see mischa trashing Sony on Sony's forum and yet Sony fans are here doing the same. I'm here to read about Nougat update and yet I found Sony fans doing exactly the same act like mischa had been doing. At least she stopped after the interference from moderator. I don't have to see her blabbering about her phone anymore on Sony's forum and I hope not to see Sony fans doing the same. It's an eyesore. Not that any of you own the 2 companies.
Anyway comment war continues between Sony and Samsung fans. People it is just personal choice. Nobody can force others to buy phone that they don't want. In my country people are buying Samsung or iPhone. I like Sony more and bought Z3 two years ago. Just simple.
Ali Bashir, 18 Feb 2017Nah, Sony solved overheating issues from centuries by a smart move "Heat pipes", Samsung trie... moreAbsolutely Wrong. Samsung has been using heat pipes in its laptops for 6/7 years and used its heat pipes knowledge and experience in their smartphones. Some Samsung Ultrabook laptops had dual heat pipes.
Samsung's own CPU, the Exynos doesn't need heat pipes, but Qualcomm Snapdragon Cpu's need heat pipes. Snapdragon have had heating problems since the SD810
Samsung avoided using the SD810 in the S6 for this reason and so by using its own Exynos chip didn't need any heat pipes. Sony used the SD810 and needed heat pipes to overcome these heating problems. But, Sony already had other thermal heating problems in its design which only increased this heat to levels causing shut downs and/or permanent damage. Other brands that used SD810, usually throttled down the CPU.
Here is a picture breakdown of a Samsung Ultrabook with dual heat pipes from July 2012.
Modern CPU heat pipes are typically made of copper and use water as the working fluid.

You don't own either phone, so how would you know anything ? Sony has overheating problems for 3/4 years, self cracking screen problems, bad battery life, water resistance failures and the list just goes on and on. Why do you think that Sony is not in top 10 popular smatphones or top 10 in sales now? Becausei is quality is terrible in everything. S7 has no overheating problems, nor has any Samsung phone.
Anonymous, 18 Feb 2017What a joke...S7 totally trashes the overheating XZ. S7 is a Beast ! Nah, Sony solved overheating issues from centuries by a smart move "Heat pipes", Samsung tried to copy the idea with their 820 s7 but they failed.

Ali Bashir, 13 Feb 2017Hey there, i think the xz is the best choice for you.Dude, you can't be serious.. S7 is a Beast and is better than XZ is every way.. S7/ has set the high standard that others try to follow. You couldn't afford to buy one anyway..
Ali Bashir, 16 Feb 2017Unbelievable, how could you people convince yourselves of these lies, the Samsung Galaxy s7 wi... moreQuite simple. Samsung Galaxy S7 has better photography than Sonys current flagship. There are reviews all over the net to prove that. Samsung uses OIS and EIS with dual pixel technology.
Ali Bashir, 15 Feb 2017The truth is that you never owned a Xperia smartphone. This is a Samsung forum. Nobody cares about Sony Xperia phones here. Xperias are no threat to the all dominant, all conquering Galaxy S7. Everything is better on the S7....best screen, best performance, best battery life, best camera. Sony can't even optiminze its own software to work correctly with its own sensors and has thermal overheating problems.
Ali Bashir, 16 Feb 2017Unbelievable, how could you people convince yourselves of these lies, the Samsung Galaxy s7 wi... more Well, because its true. S7 is considered the best cameraphone world wide. The S7 uses a different camera sensor to the Sony XZ. Samsung has the supeior OIS and EIS and dual pixel Phase Detection technology and simultaneous 4K video and 9MP image recording and the best low light photography.
Dual pixel technology is a first on Smartphones, and only used by Samsung. It has two diodes instead of one, meaning the professional-grade Dual Pixel Sensor can focus as quickly and as accurately as you would with your own eyes. Every single pixel on the Dual Pixel Sensor is used for phase detection, enabling Auto Focus that's so incredibly fast and seamless, that even the most sudden movements are caught in the act, even when the light starts to fade.
Its quite strange that Sony makes great camera sensors but is unable to optimize its own software to its own sensors, and is left behind in cameraphone world. Sony went for a 23 mp camera, but mismatched it with a small sensor size and small lens size. I've included a gsmarena link about a recent flagship camera phone review. Samsung S7 was the winner, LG and Apple came is 2nd and third, and Sony came last.
