Yes the system is automatically upgraded to jelly bean, the phone is fantastic! it is better than the apple iphone 4s and in my opnion better also than the Apple Iphone 5, I would say this is almost exactly as the S3 but with better price, and better design. only difference to me it's the processor, which in practice means nothing.

batteyr is good if you optimize the android services. battery last about 16 hrs
