Yes, but you'll need a cable for that. You can use with any sim card in the world. But you have to see if the carrier you want to use has the same 3g/4g frequency of the phone. If they don't match you won't ever get 3g/4g just 2G (edge).

You actually can take a screenshot. Just hold the home button and the turn on/off/lock button at the same time for 5 secs. I have that phone and I do that when I want to take a screenshot. ;)
