is it possible to install android eclair/froyo/gingerbread aplication on honeycomb os?
will there be chatterbox or scale to fit/strech ?

By definition, this is not a phone as it has only wifi and bluetooth. The only possibly way to use this as a phone would be to use VOIP.
That being said, this is a VERY nicely engineered tablet. Samsung sells OLEDs to almost everyone and they saved their best display for their own products. This tab is extremely thin, light and well designed.
The Galaxy tabs are the first tablets that compare favorably to an iPad 2 in elegance, performance and features. I plan on getting one of these as soon as they are available.

Yes, it is impossible to share wifi network since that would be copying a function of a network repeater not a hotspot.
