The tablet will connect through wi-fi to the network
& other devices will connect to internet through wifi hotspot
the phone doesnt have to be 3g to act as wifi hotstop

This is a WiFi only version yet it shows WiFi Hotspot. How is this possible ? Please make the correction.

"Tablet with no support for GSM voice communication, SMS, and MMS."

You will have VOIP options however through apps like Skype etc.

So Samsung didn't deliver a LED flash in their Android flagships (Galaxy S) but now they do in a tablet. That's what I call an extreme.
