Kindly give me the link for the whatsapp that works with this fone. I am struggling to get one that works.
The one i installed is telling me that it needs a Symbian OS.

I think you could download instruction manual in the Samsung website. You need to go search for the name of your phone and you could see in the lower part (not much sure) to download the manual. Or you could search it from Google.

Galaxy y duos is 3g compatile sans video calling.U only need a 3g network in ur area,configure ur phone to the wcdma mode and a 3g data plan.

You gets 4 option,select factory data reset by volume buttons up and down,press ok by home button. Wait for few minuets..your accounts and extra applications etc willl be deleted

Viber, Whatsapp and Talking Tom are working on this phone but Temple Run , 2, Oz and also Subway Surfer cannot. The battery will only become heat if the phone is overused and also if you're using your phone while charging

Batterry becomes one of the major problem because our usage..i can assure your good batterry health by following these simple tricks
1,download batterry saver apk from google play(i am using now is batterry doctor..its free in the marcket,,recomending to download that)
2,common facter-charge only when batterry fully discharged and unplug the charger when the batterry is full.
3.avoid overcharging.. Over charging can affect batterry life..must notice when batterry is full and unplug it.
4.dont use phone while charging.
5.turn off processes when its not in the use(like bluetooth,data,wifi etc.
6.use flight mode as well as possibe
7. Adjust brught ness and time out required
8.batterry lose because of your over use.
9. Use low volume when hearing music..its will also help your ear health
10.use widgets to turn off quickly for options
11.must aware of your battery status when use
12,close un wanted application using task manager or other apk. More white list more saving
13. Change phone modes according to situations

Wifi and gps are the two major causes of battery draining. So make sure they are off when u dont need them. Also screen timeout and screen brightness cause major battery drainage.So adjust these as low as possible. Hope these will help u and u'll notice an improvement.

As far as ram problem is concerned I suggest to download Auto Memory Manager from Gplay. And my personal suggestion is if u want a swift responsive phone then switch off ur phone for 15 mins and then restart. This will kill all the apps and will give ur phone's cpu a rest. When u switch on it again ull clearly notice the difference.Try it once everyday.

i have reset my phone to factory reset but still my battery draining problem is not solved.it is heating up while in switching off mode and drying .what should i do..?
