How can I lessen or decrease the system storage of my Galaxy y Duos Phone? Because it's always full and I can't receive any text messages and I can't open other apps like the Samsung Apps. Please answer. thank you!

go to sim card manager you can see the both sim.data serivce network click it you can change data to sim1 to sim2. replay me in facebook after your experience my fb id is facebook.com/vignesh238

TO off/change a data connection of a single sim:
Settings > Simcard Manager > Choose from data service network sim

i have had my phone for nearly a year i would say at one stage i could get weather and news and download free games ......for the last couple of months i cannot get into any of these or google it keeps saying network not working or unavailable why is it doing this as i could get it before and not now i am pretty pissed off atm and im seriusly thinking of throwing the phone away .......is there a solution why this is happening i need an answer please maybe i have shut something off or on in settings i have no idea any helpers? most appreciated
