this phone is good on touch sensitivity,os....but very ver poor on camera ,pixel graphics etc...im gonna change my phone...used just for one week ,gonna sell it and switching to galaxy ace or htc explorer...frnds dont buy this phone..not worth for 9000....

I am Atanu Chakrabarti receding at sodepur kolkata-114. I already purchased a SAMSUNG GALAXY YOUNG DUOS, ( Sl. No. S6102 / *359828/04/098576/5* ) Purchased date 21/04/2012 from Harico Electronics, bill no. 7667 , Ph. No. 03322281345. Price Rs. 9100.
Within the 24 hours of purchase the mobile, i feel that the "in coming volume" speaker sound is very noisy and after some time the speaker sound is totally stop (volume switch is perfect) and again some time its sounds with noise. Then I call the "Harico Electronics" and talk with samsung representative, he told me to come with the mobile set, if required then I have to go to service center. But sumsung is very big company and they are not suppose to loose their valuable customer, so form the customer perspective I don't wants go to service center. I need to change the mobile with a new box pack mobile because within 24 hours yours new product got problem so how can a customer accept it ???

Battery back up of this phone is very poor and also network problem with this phone after some interval of time network disappear also

Its a good fone very useful. They should have increased thr pixel and screen resolution, games are pixelated.. Processor is ok for some games
